Hi Rikard,
So far our programmer found out that the google font causes an error: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:300,400,700%7COpen+Sans:400,600%7CQuicksand by adding strange signs.. not sure where that comes from. have you seen that before?

TinaHi Richard, thanks so much for your help. You guys are awesome to always respond so quickly. I use https://www.link-assistant.com/website-auditor/ to check for all the errors on websites and got internal and external errors on all pages with json and google fonts it seemed to be related to <link rel=’stylesheet’> and <link rel=’alternate’>.. let me see if they can help first before i bother you more. I thought maybe you might have seen this error before since you answer 1000s of questions a day :)

I have a similar problem, one site works the other does not. both are on the same server.

TinaI am sorry, its under the bear on the right. however I now just uploaded it it vimeo. so the youtube link that was not working is gone now. So my problem is fixed. Thanks for your help. However the youtube problem still exists but I am not worried about it anymore :) Thanks as always for all your help. You guys are great!
HI Ismael I have the same problem and am trying to follow your instructions:
“The video will open in a lightbox once the slider image is clicked.”
However it does not it opens on the youtube page the vimeo one is good. I would like to have both open in a lightbox. how can I do this please?

MartinaI have the same issue layer sliders and masonry portfolio grid are not working. updates don’t do anything. I restored the site from the server.
Hope someone comes up with a solution fast. advanced layer slide works.Thanks

Thanks for checking. We limited the website through wordfence only to users in the US. we had so many hacker attempts. I guess Ill just have to use the plugin slider until the doctors decide to upgrade their computers. Thanks so much for your responses. I love enfold!Hi Vinay, thanks for your help
I really need this working in IE9 because most doctors have this installed and especially my clients.
Are you sure you tested it in windows 7 and internet explorer 9

you can only see the non enfold slide show.. which is the bottom one. the others are not visible.

MartinaDo you need ftp access or you a admin login? Can I send this more safely than just through the web? I’ve been hacked too many times to just send unscrambled login data online. Thanks so much for looking in to this.

MartinaHi I have the same problem, everything is up to date though.. I have been reading it might be open sans? none of the sliders work though. even the ones without text.

MartinaI am trying to add bullets to the .av-catalogue but only in the bottom not in the title
I used:
.av-catalogue-list li {
list-style: disc;
}
and it looks good in safari but in firefox on mac it has a bullet next to the title too.

Martinaah I fixed it. I loaded a different theme.. then edit the menu there. there were a few pages that seemed wrong. I deleted them and then switched back to enfold and it worked.
ThanksHi have a problem with the transitions too. I want them all to just be fade from right.. but it shows random transition instead. All the checkmarks look okay. everything was saved.. but still not working.
the topic was closed.. but I just wanted to write an update.. you guys are awesome :)
I forgot to click on the 3d sliders and uncheck them all too.. only looked at the 2d sliders.
now it all works
