Maybe I’m wrong but I have the impression, this is your answer in most cases. Maybe you’re not a developer but still this is a very dissapointing reply.
Would appreciate if Yigit or Rikard could reply as I’ve seen them many times providing coded solution for way more complex stuff then my request.

I found an simple solution for this matter without using a plugin.
The URL of the page anchor has to be a permanent/fixed link.Instead of just using #anchor, you have to add the URL of desired site infront of the anchor:
https://www.example.com/#anchor
In this way, also pages outside of the Onepage website, will link to the correct section.
