Hi, I disabled all the plugins and also updated the php to version 8 and the issue still persists. Any other ideas?
Thanks!
Well I’ll be…that was it! I logged in under the user that I created for you and everything was fine. For some reason our main admin account was being stripped of certain layout permissions. I searched through all the setting in Enfold and couldn’t fine a reason for it. Any idea why it would do that? Anyways, I deleted that account and re-created it and that fixed the problem. Thank you for the help in resolving this issue. :)
If you look at this image:
You can see a default installation of Enfold theme with the “Layout” panel options on any given page, and beside it you can see this websites’ missing “Layout” panel.
I’ve tried in multiple browsers (FF, Chrome) and both are showing the same issue. The “Layout” panel options are missing from the page editor so I’m unable to specify custom sidebar, header, footer, title bar, ect page options.
My apologies. I did test the login before I sent it but it appears that iThemes has decided to bug out so I’ve just disabled it for now. You can login with the default WP url now. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks!
Thank you! That worked.
@MyWin – on one of my videos I had to go in and re-select the thumb and then it worked. The other two video’s with the same issue were fixed automatically.March 7, 2018 at 9:23 pm in reply to: Importing didnt work! you might want to try reloading the page and then try agai #923335This was never really resolved for me. It used to work on our server and then it just started throwing that vague error. The demo import on one or two would still import like before, but most will not work (I think the band demo did import). I ended up having to use a completely different server to do the demo import and then move everything over to our work server. Pain it butt for sure and adds extra time to a project, but was spending hours and hours troubleshooting with no success (not to mention the frustration) so I just gave up.
We’re using Enfold less now on our projects due to the extra step involved, which is unfortunate because I love the theme. If this ever does get resolved, please let me know.

Hey, so I double checked file permissions and all looks good (see screenshots attached). I really don’t care ‘WHY’ it’s not working atm, I just need to get this site going. Do you have an installation zip of the construction demo theme that you can just throw in there? If this happens again with another dev site then I might delve deeper into the reason why it’s not working, but right now I just need to started on developing this site. Thanks so much.
Screenshots didn’t show up in the post, so here’s the links:

The menu behavior changed when I went back to take the screenshot, and instead of the “Before & After” mega-menu sliding off the edge of the screen, it’s now the “Procedures” mega-menu. The resolution it’s sliding off at now is 1024×768. Here’s the screenshot:
The other issue is that the menu is too long on lower resolutions, and a viable solution for us is to just force the mobile menu at certain lower resolutions, and at other slightly lower resolutions, simply force them main menu to go BELOW the logo rather than overlap it. Here’s the screenshot:
So I guess in summary, how would I force the mobile menu on resolutions widths of 912 or less (when the menu starts to wrap to the next line), and how would I stop the menu from overlapping the logo at 913 or greater?
Thanks again for your help.
KandyThank you! Had to do a couple more tweaks but that fixed the mobile menu perfectly. The only issue now is that the Gallery menu slides off the side of the screen. It looks great on my desktop 1920 resolution screen, but anything below 1550 and that menu slips off the side of the screen. The Procedures menu seem to work as it should, which is weird as they are right beside one another and both mega-menus. Any suggestions?
Thanks again.
