Thank you for the explanation Devin. That makes sense.
I will break up the photo gallery into several pages or perhaps create several galleries and hopefully that will help to resolve the issue for this client. I have no problems viewing them correctly, so I’m thinking the problem is mainly linked to her computer / internet connection.
I appreciate your help.
Cheers
IvanaThanks for your suggestions Ismael … of the points above I think I can manage No 8, 9 and 10 :). The others are all a little beyond my technical knowledge.
All the images that were uploaded were jpgs, no larger than 800 pixels and they show fine on my computer, but for some reason when they are displayed as “Flexible Masonry” layout they do not show up properly on my client’s laptop, although when I change the setting to “Perfect Grid”, they display ok for her.
Awesome! Thanks guys.
Love the new features!Ivana
Thank you for the workaround. I will wait for v2.7. Sounds like there are some great features coming up.
Any idea when it may be available.
I really appreciate your help.
Cheers
IvanaHey Josue
Thank you for your quick response. I went to theme forest and downloaded the latest version, however, that appears to be v2.6.4.
I have donwloaded both just the wordpress files and also all of the files and both are 2.6.4.
How do I get hold of v2.7 please.
Many thanks
IvanaYou’re a star! Thank you Josue. That worked :)
Your help is greatly appreciated
IvanaThanks for letting me know Josue, I paid a developer to fix it, as I wasn’t sure whether I would get an answer here.
Thanks for your message Aribann, but I do not understand your instructions.
Thank you for your help Yigit. I will give it a go.
Thanks Ismael. Perhaps I didn’t explain it properly. I didn’t want to include the actual tagline that is entered into WordPress.
What my client wanted was information which reads:
Quality Swimming Pools, Spas and Surrounds.
Specialising in the design and construction of concrete swimming pools anywhere in NSW
Tel: 02 9534 4736to be on the right handside of the logo.
I had created it as a graphic so the logo would be on the left handside and the text on the right side. The whole graphic was 1100 pixels wide, but when I inserted it as a logo, it resized it to be only 340 pixels.
Here is the image that I’m talking about

I really appreciate your help.
Ivana
If I place the logo on the left hand side in the original size, is there a way for me to insert text on the right side?
Thank you
Ivana
Thank you Ismael. I really appreciate it.
Thank you very much Yigit. That worked!
Cheers
IvanaHey Yigit
Thank you so much for your extremely quick response. That worked!
Greatly appreciated
IvanaThank you Josue.
I didn’t even know that existed. Thank you Josue. It did the trick :)

IvanaAs always, your help is greatly appreciated Ismael. I have now bought the Enfold theme 11 times and am loving how easy it is to use and the great support you guys provide.
Thank you
IvanaI resolved the problem by changing the header image from “fixed” to “scroll”, however, my menu is still on black background. Can you please let me know what css code I can add in to ensure the menu uses the header image colour.
Many thanks
IvanaAwesome! Thank you Ismael.
Yaaay. That worked. Thank you very much Devin. Greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Ivana
Yes of course. Here is the page.
http://www.ceremonieswithstyle.com.au/wp/contact/
What I am trying to achieve is to have the same kind of background under the contact form as I do on the left handside under the text box.
Many thanks
Ivana
I have been using this code for my text blocks and it has been great. Now I also need to make the Contact form’s background white on pages that have a photo background. Would you be able to please provide me with code for that.
Thanks so much.
Awesome. Thank you. You guys rock!
Thank you very much Devin. I appreciate your detailed response.
Thank you. But I do not use the sidebar on the right handside.
What I am referring to is when I create a page, which is divided into two sections. It can either be 1/2 and 1/2 or 2/3 and 1/3 or other.
I am interested in having the container on the left handside be one colour and the one on the right handside another colour
Thanks your quick response Devin, however, that does not work.
If I add colour section and then choose the Alternate Content, it makes both the left hand column and right hand column the colour of the alternate content.
What I am after is a solution, where a left hand column, say 2/3 layout element has white background with black writing and the right hand column which is 1/3 layout black background with white writing.
I am trying to achieve something similar to what is on this page:
http://www.ceremonieswithstyle.com.au/faqs.htm
Left hand column is white with black writing
Right hand column is red with white writing
Perhaps alternate content is not the right solution for this, in which case I’m wondering how I can go about achieving a similar effect.
Thank you very much.
I am experiencing a similar problem on a client’s website. The temporary URL is http://180.235.128.92/~hjdtszgy/.
I have tried both the Easy Slider and Full Width Slider with the same result. Everything works fine on Internet Explorer, but not on Chrome or Firefox. The animation stops after slide 2 and I am unable to advance with the arrows or even the dots on the slider.
I am running WordPress v2.6 and Theme version 1.8.1
Hi Devin
You are a star! Thank you. I will follow the video and do the update myself – a good way for me to learn.
I am wondering one thing – the support forum is a brilliant way to get answers to questions about the themes, but there are some things which are WAAAY beyond my technical knowledge. And I am wondering if you are available or if you know someone who may be able to help with technical issues as they come up.
I have a number of clients who I am wanting to transition to WordPress and will be using the Kriesi themes, but I will need someone who can help with tech support if I can’t handle something. Rate of pay can be negotiated either on a per basis project or an hourly rate.
Cheers
Ivana
I really appreciate your response formateins. What you have mentioned is a little beyond my technical knowledge at the moment, but I will give it a go and see how it looks on the website.
