We’re also experiencing this issue on 2 websites. 
 Both are using Enfold 4.4.1.
 The issue persists when rolling back to Enfold 4.4.
 It was working a day or two ago… I thought?!

We have the same issue. I have tried going to the theme options > Header > Transparency Options and changing the font color to #f2771f, however, it is not changing the color for some reason. I have also tried custom css with many variations of:

 background: #f2771f !important;
