Below is answer from our hosting provider. Please check if this is ok.
login option with login credentials “uporabnik/uporabnik” aren’t defined in local .htaccess, this is set globally on server for all domains. Maybe you can add local .htaccess to /wp-admin to skip auth. login.
Put this in the .htaccess file in /wp-admin directory:<Files wp-login.php>
Allow From All
</Files>That’s the only why to get to wp-admin control page.
Auth. login is here because of security.
We just get answer from our hosting provider. They told that is not other option like FTP or ADMIN in wordpress.
What now? Is it not posible to do this with FTP or ADMIN in wordpres?

Hmm, complicate. I just send to our hosting provider and we waitng on their answer.
Why you canot check it if you have login username and pasword for wordpress and also FTP username and pasword?
Isnt .htaccess from wordrpress file? Where you can setup login details for .htaccess?

Finaly we get answer from our hosting provider. They asking if you think for FTP acount?
In private content is data from FTP which they give us. Is this ok?
