Hi Ismael,
Today I’ve tried 4 different subscriptions, and they all worked. I’ll try again tomorrow. Do you think it is caused by your debugging code?
Yes, the website is on shared hosting. Is that a problem?Regards,

March 11, 2017 at 10:01 am in reply to: MailChimp subscription "We are very sorry but something went wrong…" #759335That’s very strange. It just doesn’t work when I try it. I always get the error “We are very sorry but something went wrong. Please try again later.”.
Does it only block some IP address range or something? Is there any log file or debugging possible?March 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm in reply to: MailChimp subscription "We are very sorry but something went wrong…" #758354Hi,
Unfortunatly, it’s not working. I’ve seen it many times before, if you change something in the settings like the API key it works for a couple of signups, but eventually it stops working again.
Can you further investigate, please?March 7, 2017 at 11:30 pm in reply to: MailChimp subscription "We are very sorry but something went wrong…" #757342Thanks, here you go…

Thanks!February 25, 2017 at 9:55 pm in reply to: MailChimp subscription "We are very sorry but something went wrong…" #751841Thanks Basilis, didn’t realize that this topic was already closed.
I asked my webhosting provider but they say that they can’t see anything wrong and blame it on Mailchimp. But I do suspect that the hosting provider is at some point blocking the outgoing emails from Mailchimp because the “From” address inside Mailchimp is not from the same domain as vrolijkwerk.nl (it’s a Gmail account). Do you think that’s plausible? I will try to get my client to change it into a vrolijkwerk.nl e-mail address. Thanks,

Can anyone please try to help me out?
The form (it works just for one or two signups, after that it breaks):

February 16, 2017 at 3:02 pm in reply to: MailChimp subscription "We are very sorry but something went wrong…" #747976It seems that if I put the Mailchimp subscription inside a Widget (Footer or Sidebar Blog) it doesn’t work. If I put a Mailchimp signup Content element on a standard page, it works just fine. Any ideas?Nope, after a few minutes, it doesn’t work again. That’s odd, initially it works fine, and after a while it breaks. Where can I start troubleshooting?

It’s not working again, unfortunately. Can you please check if you can see what goes wrong?
Thanks,

I made a new signup form, added this as default, and then changed back to the previous. Now it’s working.
Never mind :-) -
