Ok,
We are currently using a child theme, so all i would need to do is enqueue the framework.
Should i need to use the “current_theme_supports” function? as i do not believe it would apply in this case since it is an additional framework.

I do still need help, Not sure if you could help here or if it would be best for WPML. I have updated all the suggestions above and now on the test site the translation sites do not load. For examples follow the links below.

italian – not working – http://it-test.vortexhandles.com/multi/casanot sure what is causing this, I was in communications with the web host provider and they said our set up is something they can not help with but said there is no server errors come up.

Im in the process of setting up a test site right now and will get those updated, and then will let you know the results. As far as I know all the settings are the same, unless there is a hidden setting I am not seeing.

This is our live site, i just made a backup last night just incase something happened. We have not updated to wordpress 4.3 due to open translations that need completed with WPML.

Sorry about the delay on a reply, but it turns out that the Caching plugin was causing the problem. all is working now.

Got it figure out, I was hooking into the wrong action.
I just wasn’t sure due to the theme setting its on frontpage, which is how we have it set up.

this does not work, but was worth a try. To be a little more detailed, we are using a page from the enfold settings. So the theme is overriding the wordpress settings, I do not understand where or how.
We set the page in Enfold Theme > Theme Options
Frontpage Settings: and we set the static page here.Is there a way to know what is being referenced here for the themes settings page? I just need to know a way to reference this in the php code.
If there is any other suggestions that would be wonderful.
