    please find the error log file attached.

    I’m not using cPanel, im hosting the website via Strato.

    have you been able to take a look at it ?

    as far as I know, ftp access is not enabled

    Do you think you can help me with this? otherwise i would put the redirection on facebook again so the customers can see the menu.

    Hey Rikard,

    thanks for looking into this issue.

    I set the links back to WordPress and activated Php 7.4 via Strato.

    Still doesn’t work.

    Hey Victoria, thanks for your response.

    I think Im using php version 5.6 and php boost (that’s what it says in the strato interface)

    About the PDF; I can’t see any content other than a link on the Speisekarte page?

    Hmm, here is what I see (in Safari):

    I added the Link and 2 PDFS below the link, but the PDFS don’t seem to show anywhere else than Safari

    Hey Victoria,

    thanks for your response. I already enabled Billing, before I first tried to add the API.

    Can there be another reason, why the API still not works in ENFOLD?

    I do have a second question:

    I embedded PDFs on the Page “Speisekarte” .

    They will only show in Safari (and dont show In Firefox and Chrome).

    Hi Rikard,

    sorry, the API Key still showed to me (even when it didnt work) when I opened the Enfold –> Google Services Page.

    I attached it below.

    For your information: I already renewed the Key to make sure the problem wasn’t on Google Side.
