this worked. thanks. However, i now see the whole terms and condition before the place order button. is that normal? i thought it should show the terms and condition checkbox with terms page link. thoughts?
On the checkout page, when you add your address and stuff, i dont see a button to proceed further. That is unusual as i never faced this issue before. Please help.

Ok i understood that this css can be added to the custom CSS section of the Enfold options. However, where shall i add the reference to the class name in the icon box? i dont see any option to define an ID or something there.
i tried by disabling only the couple of plugins i had. Can you please look into it and help me resolve?

Yes I have done some quick CSS to make this arrangement. But i would like to take your recommendations so that we can accomodate nested categories like a tree navigation. Please suggest a css or a plugin if possible.
I have updated WordPress and theme once again and regenrated the thumbnails again using your suggested plugin but still the same thing. can you see why this is happening?

We have applied the solution you mentioned above but on smaller resolutions, there is a gap in the left and right side. Please see screenshot at http://screencast.com/t/u7wz0zgg and the live page at http://investormanage.staging.wpengine.com/about-us/ (hosted on WPengine)
Also on the same site, while viewing the site on iPad (wider resolution), the menu doesn’t convert to icon even when i have the “Header Mobile Menu Activation” for both mobile and tabs. Please suggest.

Also in the default slider control DOTS, the non active color is set to white which is not visible in white bacjground. how can i change the color?
