You don’t have to use the Advanced Layout Builder for the blog posts, just use default editor or the plugin you were using. It should work, but your posts might not show in the Advanced Layout Builder elements like blog posts, content slider and masonries.

Is there something that is not working at this point?

That’s the parallax effect. If you don’t like it like that you can have the images just fixed there without the parallax effect. You can set it in the color section settings.
