Yes, of course, you can remove the old folder (or rename to something like old_enfold) and create a new one called enfold and put the files there. This should be fine.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

You need to remove this file as well
nas/content/live/spengleragans/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming.php

It is better if you upload the theme via FTP, some files moved around and the update process probably did not delete the old copies, so this time you need to reupload the whole theme via FTP.
