I understand, but it is definitely a plugin conflict.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Also, please show us what you have in your .htaccess.

Yes, it is possible to switch to the Default editor, just now it’s called the Classic editor and it works the same as before. Please try using it.

Which elements are you referring to? The image will be too small and the text will be hard to read in the portrait mode on mobile devices.

This is the way any gallery functions, it cannot show more images since JavaScript knows only of the images loaded. If it does not work for you, you can try using a different gallery or load more images at once.
