Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

You can’t really. You can use the Classic editor and the magic wand tool to add the Advanced Layout Builder elements with it’s help.

For mobile it is better to have a language dropdown, it can be created but it is not customization that we provide.
