Hi Carsten,
The blocks are 318px but the icon titles that have 2 lines make the white box taller than the others and so the distance seems smaller.

When you hover over the icon in the Advanced Layout Builder element where you can choose an icon you can see the code.

You’re using masonry not portfolio, so you should make changes in the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-masonry.php file.
