Here is the code for the pagination buttons you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

You can enable Post format to show in Screen Options on the top of the page.

On contractor interviews page you don’t wrap 1/1 in color section and it works, on the page where it does not you have an extra layer – color section, which is not really necessary there.
