Every time you comment, you put the thread to the end of the queue and this makes you wait longer. The tab titles are supposed to slide when you press on them. It’s weird that they don’t. Did you disable it somehow?

The menu here does not go off screen. There could be something in your css or plugins that pushed the menu or does not allow correct calculations, could very well be a plugin conflict. Did you try disabling all the plugins?
