August 14, 2017 at 5:46 pm in reply to: Zen Menu Logic not working with New Enfold Mobile Menu #838827
Hi mmaack,
The hamburger icon menu item is not appended to the menu.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VictoriaHey Nancy,

VictoriaAugust 14, 2017 at 5:33 pm in reply to: WooCommerce/Product-Addons – No Errors shown at AVIA built productlayouts #838814Hi Tigritude,
No need to worry about it. We have the Layer Slider plugin that comes with Enfold and gets updated with the Enfold update. The Layer Slider has a new version now, so it Plugins menu show that a plugin need updating. The new version of the Layer Slider will be available with the theme update. If you do not use Layer Slider you can deactivate it and not get that plugin update notice.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

Yep, via ftp, but probably it just does not target the element that you think you’re applying it to. Can you point to the element on the page, that you are trying to adjust?

VictoriaHi Picante,
The code I gave you does not affect the desktop size. Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us. Which screen size is not working for you?
The menu has to switch to burger at 1320px, there is no room for it next to logo, or you can have logo full width below the logo.Best regards,
VictoriaHey Luisgasser,
Text in css cannot be translated, there has to be another way to put text there, or not to use text, just the icon.

You can put all sorts of buttons, when you use Layer Slider. It has so many more options for having layers of buttons and content.

But I don’t see the code we gave you applied to the element. You probably did not regenerate the minified and extracted css. Did you?
Best regards,
VictoriaHey Grafischinvorm,
We need to see the actual css and html to be able to propose a solution for you. Please get back to us when you get the website to some testing server.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?

VictoriaHi lifemanagement,
It seems to me that it does not work with the fallback menu, you need to create the actual menu and assign it there.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

The classes generated for the button and the container have the single quotes that are not suppoesd to be there and that break things.
Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode . Here is how to do it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Hi Picante,
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } .responsive .logo img { width: 50%; padding: 15px 0; max-height: initial; } }If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaHey michael_world2cycle,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
You could leave them as they are, just make them smaller:
.html_elegant-blog #top .post-entry .minor-meta { font-size: 11px; }If you need further assistance please let us know.

What do you mean by this: “I also want to have a visual hint in the builder UI, to show that the element is disabled”? What kind of hint? Could you explain a bit more?
Best regards,
VictoriaHi lech07,

<?phpat the top of the file.
