The code generated by the plugin is very redundant and has inlines styles in almost every element, it makes you page html heavier and less flexible, if you need to adjust some styles later.

You can use default editor, use shortcodes by the magic wand tool and you will still have the plugin functionality available.

The new version of the theme has screen options, where you can hide the whole section just by checking the box.
So you can update your theme and play with those.
If they don’t hide elements right away, you can use css from here

This looks like a fallback menu and the burger menu does not work very well with that menu, you can build a menu and assign it as an Enfold main menu.
