That’s weird, in most cases we had users asking to reduce the amount of categories in breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs in your case pick one parent category and one subcategory.
Anyway, you might want to consider using a plugin for that

The hamburger was like that already, I thought it was a glitch on my side.
This setting is the one that put the logo where it is

and it is not flexible at all. This is not the way you would want to center your logo.
And this is the setting that pushes the hamburger off the screen

Also, not a good one. I suggest you remove all those and we can help you make the changes you need.

The logo is smaller than it is advised to upload and it los quality on upload. You need to make a bigger one, with less transparent space, no space at all actually and try to adjust the png qualtiy
