I don’t see the images anymore. Theme lightbox is disabled and so when clicking on the image you’re taken to the image link.

You can just drag the pages to the columns, not make all of the columns.
Do you have a specific question about the mega menu?

You can attach the links to screenshots in private. And you can upload another version on logo in theme options, there is an option to have an alternative logo for the transparent header. We are talking about the same thing, just in different words :)

You can try the image sizes that you have and see how they work for you, if they don’t you’ll need to try different images sizes.
