Hi, I have set up the billing and it still doesn’t work? I created a new key, copied and pasted it and got the same message so I deactivated all my plugins, that didn’t resolve the problem and made sure there weren’t any restrictions. This isn’t the only site that I have this problem with so I’m not sure what to do next.

I’m a little confused because I don’t want to have any styling for the ampersand I just want it to be the font I use for the headings which is Lato.

The ampersand comes up the same no matter what font you’re using can it be changed for the ampersand to display as the same font as the text?

Hi I checked my WordPress Updates page and it says the theme is all up-to-date. Do I have to update it manually and if so why isn’t the current one showing? I have set up the Theme Update option in the Enfold Theme Options panel.

If I need to do this manually is this correct?
1. Download the latest version from Themeforest
2. De-activate the theme in WP
3. Install the new version in WP

If I can do it the other way I would prefer it because I’m not technical, just a designer

Hi, I’m just trying to get the buttons at the top of page to be larger and the same size, like the link I provided. I know this is different to the theme but in the past I have been able to get assistance with style changes.

I also would like the buttons for the quick links to be all the same length, is this possible using CSS and if so can you assist with that or point me in the direction of someone who can,

I have 8 sites that use Enfold so I’m just trying to change it up a bit. If you can assist it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I added the Children’s Service and In Home Care link and they worked however the one for Community School displaying the homepage. The page number is still in the code but here they are if you need them

Hi, it wasn’t any CSS the theme doesn’t work with the DV Team plugin. Do you have any suggestions on other team/staff plugins that you can click and it opens a panel that has the information?

Hi, not sure how to explain this as some weird things have happened since since I upgraded to 2.7. The first thing is what I have raised here. I can’t link a line of text so it opens another page. I realised this when I amended a couple of course names. I made the amendments to the line of text in the text box, then highlighted the line, clicked the link icon in the tool bar and the box appeared however it was empty, just white space, no fields to re-link to a specific page.

The second thing – when I click on a text box to make amendments or just to view it displays correctly, then I if I click on another text box, it displays the one I just viewed not the one I clicked on. I did this many times so I can assure you that it isn’t human error.

Third thing – if I use indents (bullets) in my text the spacing between between each bullet point line is too big. I have to high light the section I want to have the bullet points, click the icon to remove the points, then click it again and this resolves the issue for a little while. If I make an amendment to anything on the page and click the publish button the text will revert back to the large spacing and I have to do it all over again, this doesn’t happen every time which is strange however it happens enough to be a problem.

I home this makes sense as I feel I cannot be more clearer, cheers Kinnear

Hi one last thing how to I centre the log (move it down slightly as it is really close to the top of the section).
I only noticed this when I changed the background to grey as it wasn’t so obvious when it was white.
