Mainly just looking where to look for adding custom fields into the elegant blog function.
Rikard,
I do not have a child theme set up, but most of my edits were done in Quick CSS or the Enfold interface. Is there any way to keep those settings? I have nearly 2 years worth of customizations in there and don’t want to lose them all.
Is there any way I can save all my current theme settings and custom css to update it? Because I have a lot and I would hate to lose all of that.
Sure thing!
I’m using WordPress 4.3
I fixed it though. I went back to the {width:inherit} method and added !important and it worked like a charm.
How do I customize the look of the menu? Text, color, hover, etc.
Didn’t change anything.
Nevermind that’s not working. What is the css path for the mega menu? Because the one that I’m trying and is working in my developer tools is not working when I add it Enfold’s custom css.
Had to go in and add width: inherit to fix it.
I kind of stuck my head in the sand with this issue, but now that I’m going back to the idea of using it I want to address the problem.
If you go to EPDI.biz and hover over the products menu item you will see the problem I mentioned earlier.
Awesome, thanks Elliot!! You can close this ticket now :)
Cheers,
JustinAwesome, Yigit!! Worked like a charm. One more quick question. How do I target the menu text?
Thanks, Ismael!! That fixed the border problem. Huge help! I believe I figured out the layout problem.
Cheers,
JustinThanks Ismael! I added it to the Quick CSS but saw zero changes to the forms. I tweaked the colors a little to see if that had any effect and it didn’t either. It didn’t correct the formatting problem either.
My apologies, Elliot. Just activated your account.

I am using version 3.0.4. I have created a temporary admin account for you and will post it below. I have deactivated all plugins except WP-Members, that way you can see the form error I am having. I also commented all of the CSS I’ve done regarding the forms out. I know the problem isn’t the Wp-Members plugin because every forms created by plugins, even Contact Forms 7, which I’ve used with your theme for multiple sites, has been having issues. If there’s anything I can do to help let me know.
Log in information will be in following private post.
Thanks Andy!! That got the positioning I was looking for. However, now the hover effect does not work properly. How would I correct that? Upon mouse over I have the menu background and text flip colors. If you look at the site you can see what I’m talking about. Just want to get the hover effect to cover the entire menu area as well.
Justin
Here is my site: lashlovers.org
The menu I’m trying to make mine similar to is the one here: http://rachelsuesskow.com/
Andy,
I can’t have it up while it is an issue. The menu works fine as a normal menu, though it is very long. That’s why I’m wanting to switch it to a mega menu, but when I do it displays like it does in the image I posted in my original post.

Thanks!! Everything works great. I was able to figure out more customization through your post. You can definitely close this post! :D
May 21, 2014 at 6:03 am in reply to: Quick CSS Styling with Fullwidth Masonry Gallery and Fullwidth Masonry #267796The 3rd question I had is actually specific to this page HERE, which is the FW Masonry Gallery, not just the Fullwidth Masonry feature found under ‘Content Elements’ in the template builder. Didn’t know if there was any difference as far as the CSS would go so I thought I’d specify. I’d also like to adapt problem #1 to this as well, seeing as I want to do it on both pages.
The image isn’t showing up in the post, but if you right-click on it and open it in a new tab it shows it correctly. The site is being developed locally so I can’t give you access to it.
March 19, 2014 at 7:59 pm in reply to: Possible to change icon color on specific icon boxes? #240312I would definitely like to know how to do this as well. Currently in the editor the icons have my main theme’s color (splash blue) as their background, but when I view the page the circular background is removed and the icon is just black. I’d like to know how to color them.
March 19, 2014 at 7:12 pm in reply to: Mobile View on Boxed Layout – Removing Background Sides #240268An example like that. I don’t have it live yet as I’m just doing some testing offline but I want to be able to remove the blue bars on the sides.
How can I edit the way the theme crops my feature image? I like being able to have a HD feature image on our articles that’s bigger than just 300px in height and 700 in width, but I also want it to be cropped correctly. For example, the link to the article below. It looks normal now, because I resized the image to have a height of 300. Before, when it was roughly 700, it would ALWAYS cut of the center guys face from the mouth up.
Awesome that worked!! Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private. The slider is the bottom left column. That’s the post slider. Under the url utrugby.com/news the grid has the stories without a slider.
Awesome thanks!! I had added that same code except I made a typo using a – instead of a _. It works now.
Cheers
