is there any solution yet, by any chance? de_DE_formal?

I would like to change the informal “you” to the formal in German (now=Du (you) Change to Sie (You) for:

1. automatic e-mail response in “subject”: within the contact-form
2. breadcrumbs (you are here)

I have tried already in settings> language and “language website (Deutsch Sie)

BUT:

I WAS using the WPML-Plugin before and was not able to choose any longer from settings and l tried to change it manually within WPML_ de_DE_formal
but this destroved a layout maybe due to wpml.config…something?
I might use to have also a quick css setting for the change of the bredacrums before, but since an update of wmpl, the issues occured.

I DEACTIVATED WMPL
already, which is sad since i rev´newd als well the licence, but still I can not reah out to customers of my target group in a proper way;)
