October 2, 2015 at 5:53 pm in reply to: Header vanishes when hovering on subnav item – Chrome 45, Windows 7 #512946Hey Elliot. I’ll add login details below.
Tested out a page with a new color section. We’re still having the issue.
Chrome/mac.
Please note, this behavior is only evident when linking from another page. Once on the page anchors work correctly, but when linking from the homepage to an anchor inside the products page, the JS is miscalculating the position and hiding the top of the section under the header.
Steps to repeat
visit homepage
In top nav, click on DRY EYE THERAPY in products navbar
Result: top of section is hidden under navbar.
See linked screengrabWe’ve fixed the subnav issue.

July 6, 2015 at 10:24 pm in reply to: Certain sections don't scale responsively on Firefox and IE #469274Hello Ismael,
While your fix has resolved the issue for IE and Firefox, it has now broken all of the responsive pages for Chrome, Safari and Opera. Sections are floating into each other at the breakpoint.
Thanks Elliot. That did the trick for the desktop view but now its breaking on mobile. Any suggestions?
Thanks Elliot. We are actually trying to get it to align to the top. We got it working yesterday but the targeting wasn’t working for some reason and it aligned all items on the page to the top… I think we are ok for now. Just wrestling with some mobile CSS issues now. Thanks for the reply!
Ah yesterday that wasnt working for some reason but it is now. Might have had a syntax error. Thanks! Solved
Is there a text/content slider plugin that will work with your theme? This CSS adjustment stuff is very frustrating…

This reply has been marked as private. Thanks Yigit. We found a workaround and just fixed it. The issue was the script load order. For some reason the tracking snippet was loading differently on single post template than on others. We manually moved that snippet to be the last JS load and it works now. Thanks for the follow up…

@Devin, For reference, yes there is… You can add a “backup theme settings” feature to your theme settings… Many other themes have this now.
Is this stored in SQL devin? Like could we find/replace the old child name with the new child bname via sql?
Hello. I dont think this would work because this is a production site. We cant just change the theme while the site is live… Plus, if we changed the theme to default, we would lose ALL settings/styling for the whole site which we cannot do….
What we want to be able to do is duplicate blocks/sections from one page (not the whole page) to another. There is no way to do this easily?
