Hello Josue – thank you for that pointer!
I was not able to locate this piece of code
if(isset($avia_config['use_child_theme_functions_only'])) return;
in the functions-enfold.php file?
Best
PaulSeptember 17, 2014 at 8:36 am in reply to: Problem with Team members – can't add more than 6? #320370Addendum: we just went through the database entry and we noticed that in a couple of cases the
[/av_textblock]
code was missing.
We corrected the post directly in the database but the page still does not display properly: out of 8 entries only 6 are showing both in the back-end and in the proper page display.Addendum n.2: We were now able to overcome the issue by creating separate 1/4 sections and by placing each team member in one of the sections, which could imply that one containing section must be created for each Team Member.
Thank you
Paul

PaulJune 2, 2014 at 6:08 pm in reply to: Is Layerslider IE 8+ compatible? Any specific hacks to know? #273377Hello again – many many issues cropping UP on IE (it’s sadly amazing how far removed this browser is to the rest of the field).
Basically most of graphics/pics appear gritty and smudged, incorrectly dimensioned, when responsive images appear fonts get arbitrarily downscaled, etc.
That’s why I was asking if there are any IE-specific hacks that need to be manually added to the core CSS files, or for example when entering custom code in the General Styling “Quick CSS” field…
Thx
PaulThank you!
Hasta presto

WIN7 (32bit IIRC), IE8Thx

Works beautifully – case closed, thanks!
PaulThank you Josue – works now.
PaulIf you search the support files you will notice that many users wish to remove the #eee borders that surround most content areas.
The custom.css mod I found is the one
posted here
I do expect that a mod within a core css file be permanent. But this is being overwritten by some other file.
This is the problemDon’t have permission to publicize the site (yet), sorry
