UliSeptember 3, 2021 at 2:20 pm in reply to: Problems with page width and fontsize of navigation #1319657Hi Rikard,
thank you very much!!! Now the page works again as it should.
What is not understand: you write that you have cleared the cache of the caching plugin. This is the first thing I do, when something is not working.
What am I doing wrong? Or do you have magic hands? ;-)Best regards

UliHi there,
I was able to help myself. Minify Java Script was the cause. Interesting though that it worked until yesterday and then suddenly it didn’t.
Best regards
UliHi Victoria,
thanks a lot. Following your advice solved the problem ;-)
Kind regards
UliSeptember 9, 2019 at 11:24 am in reply to: Problems with privacy and cookie settings after update to 4.6.1 #1135904Fortunately, I’ve followed this update-tip: Put a new folder on the ftp server in the themes folder and name it “enfold-new” (for example). Load the update there. Then rename the previous Enfold folder in Enfold-old. Now you can rename the “enfold-new” folder to “enfold”: done.
If the update has a bug, then you can quickly change back to the old version.
In the current case, I had to do that, because the update 4.6.1 unfortunately does not really run without errors.Hallo Günter,
vielen Dank für die schnelle Lösung! Funktioniert einwandfrei!
Herzliche Grüße
UliHallo,
ich habe das gleiche Problem und gerade diesen Post entdeckt. Dieser “kleine” Fehler sieht nicht gut aus, sondern eben wie ein Fehler: Wie lange wird das Update dauern? Wenn es länger als zwei Wochen dauern sollte: s.u.March 27, 2019 at 1:20 pm in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1083566Hi Ismael,
that ist great. Now every thing works fine!
Sometimes things just take their time. ;-)Thanks a lot and have a great day.

UliMarch 21, 2019 at 10:33 am in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1081304Hi Ismael,
thanks for the answer. I really do not understand why I have to explain everything from scratch. If you read the post, you should actually know what it is about.
So again: I installed a fixed element on the side (with z-index: 9999). This element unfortunately overlapped the fixed submenu. The following css-code has resolved this problem:
#sub_menu1 {
z-index:1 !important;
}But now the content overlaps the submenu. You can see that on this page: https://ihr-anwalt.com/test/ when you scroll up.
I hope, you understand what I mean…If you need access to the backend, please give me an email address so that I can use the plugin
Temporary Login Without Password to set up a login.Best regards Uli

March 18, 2019 at 5:31 pm in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1079985For 8 days I try to get support with this problem. So far, I have not come one step further.
Even the answer to a simple question takes days. Sometimes your support is a bit frustrating. Is there still hope?March 17, 2019 at 4:29 pm in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1079623Hi Victoria,
to do this I need an email adress… Can you please provide me one?
Thanks Uli

March 15, 2019 at 9:23 am in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1079044Hi Victoria,
Yes, that’s right. It looks okay because I’ve disabled the fixed submenu. Here the error is still to see: https://ihr-anwalt.com/arbeitsweise/
It looks the same in every browser:Safari, firefox, Chrome, Opera… Mac and Windows.Hope you can help me!
Best regards UliMarch 13, 2019 at 9:02 am in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1078169Hi Vicoria,
thanks for answering. Just scroll down and you will see it. It must be a problem with the z-index.

UliMarch 12, 2019 at 8:49 pm in reply to: Main content overlaps submenu after solving a problem with fixed element #1077961Hi,

Thanks a lot and have a wonderfull day!
UliHi Rikard,
sorry, but this doesn’t work. It still overlaps.
Best regards
Hi Nikko,
that was it, it works now! Thanks a lot and have a great day!
Best regards
UliHi Nikko,
you are right, the footer and other problems are solved (I still saw the cached version)
But there is still the problem with the overlapping second menubar. See this picture: menubar
Best regards
UliHi Nikko,
thanks, but this didn’t help. The problem ist not the action “Arbeitsweise”. The problem are the second menu, the Footer and also some other sections. You can see it, wenn you scroll down.
Best regards
UliHi Victoria,
yes, you can see it on the site posted below.
Thanks for helping!Best regards
UliOh yes! So true! I used the html comment tags ;-)
Now it looks like it should! Thanks a lot and best regards,
UliThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Yigit,
thanks, but unfortunately that did’t really help. Only in Chrome, after I shortened the titles a bit. Firefox and Safari show no change.
Best regards,
UliThank you!
Hi Victoria,
sorry for the late response, wasn’t here vor days.
I cleared the cache and in Chrome it looks like the screenshot below. That’s how it should look like In your screenshots the buttons have no difference. are too close together.
If that’s the intention then it’s not a good solution – my opinion ;-)
Is there a way to get it like my screenshot?
Best regards
UliI have the same problem. I am using wp-rocket, and they say, may be the theme conflicts by adding its own GZIP compression rules …
