Hi Yigit,
The post is closed to new replies. However, I created the php file that Josue instructed. I filled a contact form again, and now it works. What does this tell me?
Oh ok- great. Thank you for telling me about the span style option.

Hi Yigit,
Thank you. This worked for me. However, is there no way to edit it after I have created the shortcode? It seems that I must have my definitive list of testimonials and include all elements before I can create the shortcode, correct?
I suppose I could just edit the shortcode directly.Thank you!
Hi Josue,
I am not a designer and do not know coding at all. I am just using standard <font size=””></font> tag while I am typing content on my page.
Another thing I have not been able to do is lowercase letters for titles. If I type in lowercase, it still makes all of my titles capital.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I don’t know how to adjust css style shit or quick editor.
I started out a newbie less than a month ago myself. What I found worked best for me was to import the dummy site and play around with it. For someone completely new to WordPress or web design in general, there is a bit of a learning curve, but you will get the hang of it.
Futhermore, the forum is an absolutely great resource. If you have a specific question or have an idea of where you’d like to start, I encourage you to ask. The Krisei team is extremely quick at responding and their knowledge is out of this world. The forums are indeed overwhelming, so it’s comforting to know that you can still get answers in the midst of the already existing support.
Perfect! Thank you. It’s all finished. I am so excited that my website is coming along nicely. :) Your support has been amazing. Kriesi fan for life. I can’t wait for the next multi-purpose theme. :)
Thank you! I didn’t realize that’s where it was. What are the typical dimensions or will the theme resize automatically? Thank you!!
Ahh haha!! Sorry for the silly question. I see it now. Thank you!!! :)
October 8, 2013 at 1:44 am in reply to: Theme Conflict with Event Manager / JP Full Calendar #172017I think it’s supposed to be in a bubble but this works! Thank you :) The most important thing is that my visitors see it. Thank you so much for this!!
I just did a google search of my company name and test blog posts are present as well as demo pages. It looks like the pages were crawled even though they are private. Any recommendations on how to have these removed?
Thanks!
Hi @Simonswiss! Thank you so much. This works beautifully. I am totally fine with the changes throughout the site. I can always just add a tag to whatever I want to have a heavier font weight.
Thank you for this!!
Hi Ismael,
I actually also found a plug in where you can simply change the wordpress logo to your own on the login page once a user has signed up for your forum. It was super easy to use. :)
http://wordpress.org/plugins/my-wp-login-logo/
I disabled the captcha on the reset password page, and it now works fine. I just wish I was able to figure out how to make it appear, but it’s functional which is all I need.
Thank you again for all of your help. I’ll definitely play around with the redirect plugin and see how that works for me.
The font I am using is the default font that came with the theme. I have not changed anything.
I want to change “medicine of the past made new” to a lighter font weight. I would like to use the same font.
If I want to use a different font (like PT sans), how do I do that?
Thank you!
Sorry to keep bothering you. It looks like I’ve been able to get the automatic email with the password to appear. Is there any way that after someone registers to be a part of my forum, that they be redirected to the forum sign-in page?
It seems that when someone registers for the forum, this is the same user name and password that they use to shop- is this correct?
Thank you so much for your responses. They are much appreciated.
If I try to reset password, once I’ve entered my username or email address, it says that the incorrect captcha was entered. However, there is no captcha on the lost password form. Do I have to add this manually? I merely used the shortcode for each one of these pages to create them.
Hi Ismael! I am running into a few issues.
‘Anyone can register’ is now enabled. Thank you for that tip.
Now when I attempt to register, there is only a field for ‘user name’ and ’email’.
A registration confirmation email is sent to the new user, but there is no password, so they cannot log in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
I have created a registration page and added the URL to it in my login widget. The registration form shows up fine, but when I proceed to the registration page, I receive an error that says registration not allowed. Any thoughts?
Thank you.Hi Ismael! That did the trick. My page looks perfect now. Thank you to you, Yigit, and the whole Krisei crew for prompt responses and stellar support. I am sure I’ll be back :) Though, my website is nearing completion.
Are you launching any more themes in the near future?
Thanks again for your help!
Please disregard — I figured it out. :)
I have tried to change the opacity number and it is not affecting the text. Should I have all 3 css styling codes or just the last two you sent? Thank you.
It does not appear white, but I am fine with the current color. How do I apply this same color to the text that appears on the bottom of my pricing? The “per month” text.

Thank you :) :)
September 28, 2013 at 2:30 am in reply to: Password field not showing up on a password protected page #167393I changed to Safari browser, and it shows up just fine. It looks like password protected pages do not show up in Firefox browser. Has anyone else expressed this problem? It shows up fine for me in Safari, but not FIrefox.
Regarding my logo, I do not have one in there. I have just my company name. In Firefox, it appears fine, but in Safari, it appears as a broken link (just as in your screenshot attachment).
Any advice on how to proceed would be much appreciated. I primarily use Firefox, and I know many others do too.
Haha! That was easy enough. Sorry to ask such a silly question. Thank you as always for your help. Recommending everyone to the Kriesi family. This support is incredible.
That created a 1px line on the bottom of every table row (between each of my service features). I just wanted a line on the very bottom of each column as it looks like it’s missing. I hope this makes sense.

Hi there,
I believe I did change the permalink settings from the default wordpress settings to more SEO friendly post pages.
My website is proletehealth.com
I changed the name of my checkout page from ‘checkout’ to ‘checkout 2’ and it works beautifully. When I change back to ‘checkout’, it stops working. Hopefully that helps you pinpoint what the possible problem is.
Thank you!

September 23, 2013 at 4:54 pm in reply to: How to change color on a third party widget button #165213Hi there!
This is my website: http://proletehealth.com/
The button appears in the footer, so it’s present on all pages. The button is gray and I want it to be an orange color to match the rest of my site.
Thanks :)
