Try this one, looks like the previous job post was deleted.
HI Victoria, maybe because you have an overseas IP? I had my client whitelist international traffic, try it again.
That’s what I’m trying to find out. All I know is what I told you, that all of a sudden the field labels (Name, Email) in the form at the bottom of the page do not appear, it’s just a blank field. Changing to another theme fixes the problem, so of course the plugin developer blames the theme. I also tried deactivating plugins and that didn’t help, so it’s not a plugin conflict.
The plugin author, PressTigers, says “Its very weird response from their side as there theme script is conflicting with our Job Board.” So unfortunately now we’re at the point where both you and the plugin developer are pointing fingers at each other. How would you suggest we proceed to solve this problem?

April 12, 2019 at 3:30 pm in reply to: Conflict between Constant Contact Form plugin and page editor #1090074I can confirm the same issue, “Constant Contact Forms for WordPress” plugin (by Constant Contact) breaks the page editor both for Classic and Gutenberg. I went through the fun process of deactivating plugins until I isolated it to this one. Would prefer not to have to install a different plugin. Please advise.
Here’s the link to the post in question. Click on any image and you get the lightbox popup. I managed to omit the arrows through css coding, but clicking the image still scrolls through all the images in the post. They don’t want the lake picture included in that gallery. We need to be able to omit that image or turn off the scrolling function entirely.
Not really, that removes it from the post entirely. I want the image removed ONLY from the lightbox popup scrolling gallery that lets you scroll through all the images on a post using the left/right nav arrows. I tried removing the nav arrows following instructions from another thread, which is a good step, but clicking the image still scrolls through all the images in a post.
OK you should have access now.
Can you provide your IP address, or Country, and/or email address and we can try to grant you access…
It could be blocking non US IP address… we were hacked awhile back so they added a lot of security.
Followup: It’s gotta be a caching issue, now 15 minuted later the test code in the styles.css is working (making the header disappear). Of course deleting that code doesn’t take effect immediately either. Could be browser related bc checking same page in Chrome show’s the header is visible. Been using Mac Firefox… Grrrrr.
The old theme was deleted, it was called BUILDER by iThemes. This is driving me crazy… sometimes adding css to styles.css works and sometimes it doesn’t. I copied code to hide categories in the home page post slider and it works. I cut-pasted the rest of the css from the Quick CSS field and it doesn’t work. Then added a new line of css to styles.css to hide the header and it doesn’t work. Almost acts like a caching issue but there’s no caching plugin installed and delete the browser cache repeatedly. Any way to escalate this problem?
And now I can’t get the @font-face styles working for h2 styles.
I didn’t, it was already installed for another theme. I’m switching a client’s site to a new theme so all the Plugins were migrated from the old site. I haven’t made any other changes to the Enfold theme whatsoever. Looks like you’ve deactivated the extra LayerSlider plugin now but I still don’t see any styles.css working.
I’ve deactivated most of the plugins, still don’t see any changes to the child style.css taking effect. Any other ideas?
Thanks for assisting. I followed your instructions but the custom.css is still not loading – instead it appears as raw code at the top of every page. Please advise.
