Hi Yigit!
it is fine now. Social icons are rendering correctly. Thanks a lot.
I will check in the next days if the change I did in the htaccess – as suggested by @tjswarbs78 – will affect the https version.
I mean: if old http resources are recalled to render the social icons, maybe not always the green lock (secure) will be shown.
Is it right? What do you think?
p.s. great support as always!!June 29, 2017 at 8:57 pm in reply to: Social Icons (Fontello) not rendering after migration to https #814672This is the code I am using in the text widget:
<ul class=”noLightbox social_bookmarks icon_count_5″><li class=”social_bookmarks_facebook av-social-link-facebook social_icon_1″><span class=”avia_hidden_link_text”>Facebook</span><li class=”social_bookmarks_twitter av-social-link-twitter social_icon_2″><span class=”avia_hidden_link_text”>Twitter</span><li class=”social_bookmarks_instagram av-social-link-instagram social_icon_3″><span class=”avia_hidden_link_text”>Instagram</span><li class=”social_bookmarks_pinterest av-social-link-pinterest social_icon_4″><span class=”avia_hidden_link_text”>Pinterest</span><li class=”social_bookmarks_gplus av-social-link-gplus social_icon_5″><span class=”avia_hidden_link_text”>Gplus</span>
June 29, 2017 at 8:52 pm in reply to: Social Icons (Fontello) not rendering after migration to https #814669Thanks Yigit, but in the screenshot you sent I see a blank sheet.
Please see the attached screenshot in the private area. It is what I see on my end after refreshing some times.June 29, 2017 at 7:44 pm in reply to: Social Icons (Fontello) not rendering after migration to https #814646Hello Team
I have tried the @tjswarbs78 suggestion and nothing changed.
Still a rectangle instead of an icon.
Please use the temporary admin access I reported in the private area.
I switched on the text widget in the sidebar so you can verify.- This reply was modified 7 years, 5 months ago by turistai.
June 29, 2017 at 5:12 pm in reply to: Social Icons (Fontello) not rendering after migration to https #814592Hello Victoria,
No I didn’t yet.
I will do in a couple of hours.
See my website url below but I switched off the text widget to prevent users seeing the rectangle instead of the icon.
Thanks!Hello Mike,
thanks a lot for you kind support. I will try it.
Have a nice day!Hello @edfritz,
thanks for your suggestion. I did it already and identified the blocked resources. My doubt was if unblocking the folder “enfold-child”(where the resource is located) or not. Is it safe or recommended?
It seems a little bit strange that Google searches for this resource.
Otherwise I am afraid of following @andy advice. I am a newbie and it seems complicated.
Have a nice day and thanks for the support.Hello Yigit,

Please find login info in the private space.
Thanks againThanks again Rikard.

I would appreciate your opinion about it.Thanks Rikard,
the link at the private space.Hello Team,
no problem after updating again WP to version 4.7.
But I kept the plugin W3TC disabled.
Everything is running in the right way.
Thanks for the support.Thanks Rikard,
after updating it was impossible to enter in the dashboard. I mean, it was possible to log in and log out but not enter in the dashboard. The system always addressed me to the homepage.
Now I am proceeding with plugins update, one by one.
Up to now everything is ok.
After that I will try again to update WP. But before I will disable the plugins W3TC and CSS Hero.
I read that W3TC is not compatible with WP 4.7.
I will let you know.
Thanks.Hello Nikko,
yes I had a caching plugin enable during update (W3TC). Maybe is it the problem? I will check how can I duplicate my site and let you know as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot.October 9, 2016 at 5:14 pm in reply to: Problem concerning height of the featured image in mobiles #697079Thanks Ismael.
Seems it works well although I don’t know what “/* Add your Mobile Styles here */” means in the code.
Is it necessary? To be replaced by some other element?
Secondly: the new code is compatible with the following one (also active)?
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
.avia-slideshow-inner, .avia-slideshow-inner img {
height: 170px !important;
}September 30, 2016 at 3:50 pm in reply to: Change the size of the featured image (without plugin) #693847Hello Jordan,
it worked perfectly.
Thanks a lot.September 30, 2016 at 8:34 am in reply to: Change the size of the featured image (without plugin) #693558Hello Jordan,
I allowed right click.
A link to a sample post is available in the private area.
Thanks a lotHi Rikard,
thanks!
Have a nice day.Hi,
it works now. The code is ok.
Thanks a lot again for your support.
Best regards.Hi Rikard and Vinay,
Unfortunately the code Vinay sent me#top .post-entry {
max-width: 800px !important;
left:50%;
transform:translate(-50%);
}works fine at post level. It is ok. It is what I need.
But it broke the site format everywhere else (homepage, category page…).
I sent you a couple of days ago privately the screenshots of the broken pages but maybe you didn’t see it.
I will sent them again.
Thanks again.
p.s. I removed the code to allow my site to work well. If you need to test it please let me know and I will put it again at Quick CSS.Hi Vinay,
great job! It is ok now!
Enfold, best theme ever!Hi Vinay,
thanks for your reply.When you checked, the featured image was centered with the text below because I removed the code you sent:
#top .entry-content {
max-width: 100% !important;
}Sorry but I was waiting for your answer. No problem anyway.
I put your css code again and image is not centered anymore. You can check again.I would like to have text (800 px) and featured image (800 px) centered and aligned when zooming.
please check also the attached file (zoom 90% in Chrome) and the css code (a part of it) I am using.
Maybe there is some kind of conflict.
Thanks a lot.Hello Vinay,
Thanks for the code. It is almost ok now.
The only problem is that the featured image changes width respect to the text when zooming.
I mean it is not aligned to the text.
You may verify the issue testing the link below in the private space.
Thanks again!Hi Yigit,
problem solved after purging cache several times.
You can close the thread.
Thanks for the great support ever!!Hi Yigit,
great, it worked fine…but only at the homepage.
It is very strange. I tried to purge cache several times, but nothing.
I don’t know here put my hands on.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot.Hi Yigit,
code worked partially. It did not correct the font size of the custom menu widget, as you can see at the attached image.
Maybe its tag is not “p”.
Any idea?
Thanks again for your GREAT support!Thanks Yigit for your quick feedback.
I am verifying some layout changes I noticed after you corrected my code mistakes in Quick CSS.
After that I will introduce the code you siggested for the footer.
Regards.Helo Yigit,
thanks for the correction! But the code didn’t work again.
Maybe it is necessary to indicate the name of the widgets: search, image, custom menu…Or the number of the footer: footer_1, footer_2…
What do you think?
Thank you again for the great support.I tried both codes but it did not work.
I also purged cache. -
