Hi again,
This issue is also happening on my other live website https://silviafindings.com/product/18kt-gold-chinese-character-bail-with-cup-peg-pearl-mounting-14-6×3-5mm
Thanks
LyseHi Ismael,
I have launched so no access credentials are required and the URL has changed to: https://diyjewellery.com
The issue still exists.
Here’s a product url where if you select the variation Rose gold you’ll see what happens – the product gallery hides my static text at the bottom of the product image (DIY Jewellery is the manufacturer/supplier of Italian quality sterling silver and gold settings and bails.) and if you select the variation rose gold, the text gets displayed at the top of the product image. Thanks
LyseHi Ismael,
Any feedback yet. I’m ready to launch by the end of the day if I an get this display issue fixed.
Thanks
LyseHi
I have added the site access credentials below.
Sometimes you get prompted to login twice.
Thanks
LyseFound another issue using the WC gallery,
The text that would appear at the bottom of the product image, when I switch to the secondary variable, the text displays above the large image.
How do I fix that please,
Thanks
LyseHi
For the gallery, I switched to the WC gallery option in my Enfold settings and the switching works. As well the pictures look less blurry.
Thanks
LyseHi
Also, I have assigned the color related images in the variations but when I select the specific variation, the images don’t switch.
Thanks

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) {
.avia-full-stretch {
background-size: contain !important;
}

I have added the access credentials below. Sometimes you have to enter them twice to get in.Here are screenshots of the issue:
On the about us section where you can see the text is not centered in the middle: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yg3azx2jlfadnom/about%20us.PNG?dl=0On the jewellery corner section, the smaller image is also not centered in the middle of the background image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1sc3tzmn5zeij1l/jewellery%20corner.png?dl=0
On the testimonials section, the larger testimonials overlap into the next section : https://www.dropbox.com/s/nvin1x8a4lm4c28/testimonials.PNG?dl=0
Thank you
LyseSeptember 18, 2020 at 4:05 pm in reply to: Section background images not displaying correctly on mobile devices #1246846Hi Ismael,
I had that CSS but as you recommended I added it inside the @media only screen code.
I now have a problem in portrait mode where the content blocks/headings are no longer centered within the background image on the ipad device only.
Thanks,

I’ve added the access credentials below, and they are working.
Here are two screenshots of the About Us and DIY Jewellery Corner (anchors) where the background images don’t show well on my ipad prop landscape mode. They display correctly in portrait mode.

Anyone able to help with this issue?
Thanks
LyseHI
I found how to fix this….
LyseHi Nikko,
It used to show when I worked in forms, mainly when I was editing the notification and confirmation messages.
I also exported products to see if the error got exported like before.
Neither of these show the error anymore. I did a lot of update in the last couple of days and perhaps something fixed the issue.
As long as it’s no longer showing, I’m OK to close this ticket. If I notice it starts happening again, I will reopen a new ticket.
Thank you for your patience and promptness.
LyseHi Nikko
I have added login credentials below.
Thanks
LyseHi Nikko
I still get this error and the problem is that when I export my products to CSV that error is exported on the first row and the ID title row gets funny characters.
Thanks
LyseHi Yigit
That worked. Exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you so much.
LyseHi
I see my issue resolved itself.
It may have been a cache issue that once I added the code it did not show until a few hours later.
Thanks
LyseHi Mike,
Awesome. That works like a charm.
Thank you so much
LyseHi
The developer has provided me with a solution by change my z-index to 9.
Works like a charm.
You can close this ticket.
LyseI sure did….
Hi Jordan,
Works within the setting page but does not work on the page.
LyseHi
I figured it out.
Thanks

LyseHi
I have the WC Predictive Search plugin developers help me on positioning the search bar into my header.

LyseHi
You can closed this ticket. I found a solution by adding the form parameter and value I need to my url.
LyseHi
The only portfolio item where this is setup is this one: 3D Design Pendant SKU 3DP-0001
I want this to work before I apply the solution to all of them.
Thanks
LyseHi Victoria,
I decided to link to the portfolio separately because of the pagination and page reloading issue that I could not get to work well. This way now I no longer have the grid row border issue nor the page reloading problems. You may close this issue.
Thank you
LyseHi Victoria,
I tried the CSS but nothing changes, even when using the !important tag.
I also cleared my local and server cache, no diffirence.
Thanks
