Hi Victoria,
I have used a different computer and I still see the display issue there.
Thanks
LyseHi Victoria,
How to I get rid of the hamburger menu on the desktop. It never used to be there?
Thanks
LyseHi Victoria
It’s the blog post list that does not display correctly. From the main menu click blog and see the list of blogs, that’s where the issue is not on the website home page.
Thanks
LyseHi Basilis,
Thank you for the link. It very informative. After reading both of the articles that talk about responsiveness for the various media devices, I tried the suggested @ media CSS code. It did not help resolve my issue with the blog page display on my iphone.
Thanks
LyseHi Ismael,
The site is back up now.
I have recreated my Terms page on my staging area and the checkout page displays correctly.
I recreated the Terms page on my live site and the checkout page does not display correctly. What is happening now?
Thank you for your patience.
LyseHi Rikard,
Here are two links to two images (one portrait, one landscape on iPhone 6s using Safari)

LyseHi Ismael
Please try again as I had resetted the password on the live site but not my staging. I have successfully logged in with it just now.
Sorry about that
LyseHi Ismael
I’ve resetted the password, could you please try again.
Thank you
LyseHI Ismael,
I have included the login credentials below.
Thanks
LyseHi Ismael,
I tested your suggestion on my staging area and even though I removed all of the CSS in the general styling area that was added previously to try to fix this issue, there remains a display problem. I still get all of the lines, duplicated content, unwanted and duplicated forms.
The checkout page used to work without issues even when using the color section.Have a look for yourself here where I removed the top section on that page: https://silviafindings.staging.wpengine.com/checkout
Thanks
LyseHi Victoria,
We are getting closer. The CSS you provided got rid of all of the lines. Now I still have the payment button section that displays twice!
Thanks
LyseHi
This has been an opened issue since July 29th now, Can I please get a resolution soon because this is embarrassing to have my checkout page not display correctly.
Much appreciated
LyseHi Victoria,
Unfortunately that code snippet did not work either.
Thanks
LyseHi Balisis,
That did not work. I still get all of the lines and duplicated content. Have a look.
Thanks
LyseHi Mike,
Your suggested CSS did not resolve the lines showing up and the pay button now longer shows. So I reverted back to what I have before.
Thanks
LyseHi Rikard,
I added section_2 to the css code:
.woocommerce-checkout #av_section_1, .woocommerce-checkout #av_section_2 {
display:none !important;
}
and that also got rid of the form. However I still get all of the lines displayed, so it looks very unprofessional. How do I fix the remaining display issues? Thanks
Lyse…why is this happening all of sudden?
Hi Rikard,
That go rid of the Terms of Reference page, but I still have two MailChimp for WordPress forms displayed.
Lyse
Hi Victoria,
That did the trick!
Thank your for the prompt response.
Lyse
Hi Rikard,
Thank you, you can close the ticket.

Hi Rikard,
Once I added the CSS code snippet to the general styling area, it worked fine on my live site. I did not work when I added it to the custom styles.css in my Child theme where I would have preferred to put it since my website is in two languages.
Thank you for your prompt solution!
Lyse
Hi Ismael,
This is perfect!
Thank you so very much for all of your hard efforts.
This ticket can now be closed.

Hi Jordan,
I did get support from you guys to help create a customized the blog page, so perhaps while turning off the display of the meta info elements on the blog page, it caused the single page blog meta info to get messed up.
Thanks for all of your great help always!
Lyse
Hi Jordan,
That fixed it. But I don’t understand why it did not display to begin with? There has to be something I added that is causing this.
Thanks
LyseHi John,
Here’s a screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tjp1ku7t8cdyb6x/single%20blog%20meta%20infos.jpg?dl=0
Thanks
LyseHi John,
Even with the !important added, there is not change – it’s still does not vertically aligned in the middle.
Thanks
LyseHi Basilis,
That change to the CSS did not work.
Thanks
Hi Yigit,
The two pieces of CSS code were removed, so I just added them below the other in the Quick CSS. I also added the code to remove the vertical delimeter
One last thing, is is possible to adjust the text and image so they are vertically aligned in the middle?
Thank you
Lyse
….and yes I have regenerated the thumbnails
