February 12, 2021 at 5:44 pm in reply to: Sticky Sidebar Menu settings not applying consistently #1280117Hi Victoria and support team – any additional suggestions with this? The tags are being assigned to the header, but inconsistently throughout the pages. We can’t find anywhere other than the theme settings where this is applied.
Thanks so much. – Tom
February 10, 2021 at 4:27 pm in reply to: Sticky Sidebar Menu settings not applying consistently #1279533Hi Victoria, Thanks for the reply. I don’t believe we have any plugins that would impact that class, nor do we have any css added that impacts that class.
The only active plugins are:
Bot Protection
Breeze (caching, but no settings have been turned on)
Classic editor
Graivty Forms
Smush
Yoast Duplicate Post
Yoast SEOI can see it’s applied to the header area on the pages where it’s happening
<header id=’header’ class=’all_colors header_color light_bg_color av_header_left av_header_sidebar av_conditional_sticky’ role=”banner” itemscope=”itemscope” itemtype=”https://schema.org/WPHeader” >But since we are using the side menu, we don’t have any header settings in the theme options.
I also checked the elements on the page to make sure the class isn’t applied in any of the developer settings.Any suggestions on where to look? Thanks, Tom
