Roeschke, I was able to get the video to display in a small window to the left with it docked at the top center IF I set the Aspect Ratio specifically to 16:9. If I set the Aspect Ratio to 4:3 or left the option empty, I would get nothing except the spinning preloader icon that would never quit.

Can you share what it is about this particular video that cased it to not display at 100% following the 4.2 update?

I found the resolution myself.
After changing the “Enfold Theme Options->Header ->Header Title and Breadcrumbs” to “Display only Breadcrumbs” the issue was resolved.

The only issue with that is that it moves the Menu and the logo down too. Is there no other way to accomplish this?

I figure out how to remove the Sort drop-downs.
For anyone wishing to do so, I accomplished it like this:
