    Hi,

    thank you for your answer. Perhaps it’s not a theme problem, but the prolem arrised after upgrade to newer version of enfold. After this I upgraded to newer PHP versions.
    I will try the proposals a little bit later, for the first I finish this.
    You can close the ticket for the first. If I have problems again I can open a new support ticket.

    Hi Rikard,

    yes it’s correct, when I turn WP debug mode off the warnings are suppressed on frontend.
    But I am sure that the warnings appeared since upgrade to newer version of Enfold, when I restore to previous (older) Enfold version there are no warnings.

    Finally:
    Is this the final solution that I have to set debug mode off for enfold versions in the future?
    Do you close the ticket? If yes, I can inform my provider to shut on the IP-access-protection?
    And are you always working on weekend :-) ?

    Hi Rikard,

    my provider sent me the information, that all filter rules now are deleted and the access form your IP address (from Sweden) should be possible.
    Please try once again and let me know if this was successfull now.

    Hi Rikard,

    I have no idea how to get on.
    I prefer to finish for this week .
    Do you know about problem fixing at other users with same problem?
    If we cannot solve this next week, the last way is to restore the old (previous) version if Enfold. In this case I Never can upgrade to newer versions☹️.

    Do you habe another idea?

    Anything idea if it does not work again?
    Could we try team viewer?

    Another user had the same problem, do you know that reason? Perhaps it‘s the same reason?

    Hi Rikard,

    the problem with imagick.so is fixed, I had a wrong php.ini after upgrade to PHP 8.0.22
    But the first problem with the many “Warning: Illegal string offset………templates-responsive.php on line 220” exists and is pending.

    Hi,

    now I sent the problem to the provider, I’m waiting for the answer.
    But I’m not sure that the problem with imagick.so is the reaseon for my first problem, the big number of warning messages “Warning: Illegal string offset………templates-responsive.php on line 220”.
    After feedback of the provider I will sent you a message with the new status.

    Hi,

    the temporary workaround with hiding the warnings is okay.

    But the main problem is not solved when I edit and save the home page. But I have seen another problem, perhaps it the reason for the other warnings:

    Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘imagick.so’ (tried: /usr/lib/php71/extensions/imagick.so (/usr/lib/php71/extensions/imagick.so: undefined symbol: _zval_ptr_dtor), /usr/lib/php71/extensions/imagick.so.so (/usr/lib/php71/extensions/imagick.so.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)) in Unknown on line 0

    Hi Rikard,

    I tried the deactivation of all plugins, no better result. In the meantime I reactivated them.
    Which infos do you need for getting access to the backend? I send you the access data to providers control panel with the folders/data of my wordpress with temporary password.

    now memory limit is increased to 256m and PHP was upgraded to 8.0.22
    But this didn’t solve the problem, same warnings:

    Hi,

    I don’t know about the problem at login, I am sure that the sent login data are correct and I don’t know how ti block IP ranges (perhaps my provider?)..
    My PHP-Version is 7.1.33 and was set by my provider called “domaintechnik.at” in Austria.
    So how could we go on?

    Hi Rikard,
    the fatal error problem is fixed, I increased memory to 128M.
    But the life site now shows following problem:

    Hi again,

    I have no header.php file in my child theme, only a modified functions.php file. Also I deactivated all plugins but that didn’t solve the problem.
    I send you the Login details in private Content and hope you can find the Problem reason?
