What browser were you using? We are still having the issue with Firefox and Chrome. When we add something to the cart, then click calculate shipping, enter a city and zip code and click calculate, nothing happens, we don’t get any shipping options to choose from. Then when you click proceed to cart, we get an error page. The error says at bottom There has been a critical error on this website.
These issues go away when we change our theme. Can you tell me what state, city and zip code you used? If there were a place to upload images, I could show you the screenshots.

April 2, 2021 at 12:21 am in reply to: Enfold Columns in Color Section Acting Strange After Publish #1291916Ok, still haven’t figured it out. But I found a work around. It has something to do with the <i class=”icofont-google-map”></i> code I’m putting in the text box. Once I encased it in <div>
</div>, the strange issue stopped happening. However, I found that I can’t assign an HREF or a Class to anything inside the
so had to use a full code block for some of the elements.
March 22, 2019 at 3:50 pm in reply to: Accordion and other shortcodes not working after last update #1081878Ok, I went ahead and downloaded the version from Themeforest, and updated via FTP and it now says 4.5.5. You may want to updated the version at the top of the Themeforest description page for Enfold, it still says 4.5.1.
March 22, 2019 at 3:25 pm in reply to: Accordion and other shortcodes not working after last update #1081873Sorry, I can’t seem to find the 4.5.5 update. When I click the check manually it says I have the most recent version, 4.5.4. And Themeforest downloads 4.5.1. Can you send me a link for 4.5.5?
Thank you,
Works perfect, thank you.
I am having the same issue. I updated my Google Map Javascript API, added a billing account with a credit card. I even renewed the API Key, removed all the restricted applications http and only have the https://*.advancedortho.org/* and I am still getting the box over my map that says “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” https://advancedortho.org/about-us/our-locations/parker-location/
I have contacted Google about this, asking them how long it takes to implement the billing account. Haven’t heard back yet, no surprise. Just wondering if there is anything else you think I need to do.
But I still can’t figure out why I can’t upgrade to PHP 7.1.

I was able to accomplish this by putting HTML in the tool tip. Here is how I achieved this, you can replace with your address and the google map link to the directions. If you go to google maps, put in your address, then click the directions button, then highlight that page URL and replace mine below. You can use CSS to stylize your hyperlink.

Hope that helps.
Andy,
I installed the API Key Google Maps plug-in as you suggested, and before I could switch themes, the maps started working. So I’ll just leave this plug-in active for now.

Thank you
When looking at the JavaScript Console, it seems it doesn’t want to use my API key. I get the error message “missing-key-map-error, and no-api-keys. But I have the API Key in and I have tried creating several different API keys. Is there one thing imparticular I need to replace or update in the Enfold theme folder? Maybe the JS folder?
Maybe it is something with the download from Themeforest.com? Is there somewhere else I can download the files?

Andy,
I deleted all theme files via FTP, I then installed via FTP a new copy of Enfold. This didn’t work. So I deleted the Enfold Theme again via FTP as well as all the other Twenty Sixteen, etc. themes. Then I reinstalled a fresh downloaded version from Themeforest. Again this didn’t work. It was working fine prior to updating to the latest version. I have also tried uninstalling all plug-ins, this didn’t fix the issue either. Any more thoughts? Other than trying to install an older version?
I can’t get the google maps to work. I followed the instructions and got my API key, still doesn’t work. The map flashes for a split second, then goes away and I get
Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.Doesn’t work in the footer widget either.
But it isn’t just showing beneath the last full page item, it is showing beneath the blog posts, but it shows the area for the sidebar, but that area is blank because the content is below.
December 4, 2015 at 5:57 pm in reply to: Sidebar content showing below main content on all pages except Home #547165I am having the same problem, however I am running version 3.4.3, which the theme says I am running the latest version. How do I get 3.4.4 if Themeforest doesn’t have it?
