This case can be closed. Since the client is ready for the site to be live and I haven’t received an updates here, I had to implement a 3rd party tabs plugin so I could move forward. I am no longer using the Enfold tabs element on the site. I will be removing the temp login access.

Another interesting note, I added the tabs element on a completely different website and it renders that same as the one above. Is there something within the Enfold theme settings that I am failing to “turn on”?

Please let me know what email I need to use for the temp login. This tab element issue is one of the last things I need to resolve to finish up this website.
