Update:
I reverted the php file back to what worked:
http://pastebin.com/bkG3eyMZ
however the slack icon only appears correct in Chrome however it appears as a rectangular box in Mozilla, Internet Explorer and on iOS mobile (image below):Please help =/
Thank you Ismael,
That worked however I had the icon labeled “slack-icon” which had text appear that way when you hovered over the icon so I needed to change that. I uploaded the Fontello zipfile again but named it “slack” (instead of “slack-icon” and updated the php file as shown replacing the ‘slack-icon’ reference (appears 4 times) to ‘slack’:
http://pastebin.com/cer14L21The icon now appears as a square. Please advise what may now be wrong with the php code?
Thanks Yigit, I updated the code however it still appears incorrect.
The icon code appears to be the culprit.. Please advise.
Thank you!
please see below
I signed off of FTP. Please try again and let me know if you can access.
Hi Yigit, My apologies, I thought I had already sent you this.
Please see belowPlease see below.
Thank you!
Thanks Yigit, that worked great EXCEPT the icon is not the Slack icon but rather the pencil icon. I have the following php:
// Register new icon as a theme icon
function avia_add_custom_icon($icons) {
$icons[‘slack_icon’] = array( ‘font’ =>’slack_icon’, ‘icon’ => ‘ue800’);
return $icons;
}
add_filter(‘avf_default_icons’,’avia_add_custom_icon’, 10, 1);// Add new icon as an option for social icons
function avia_add_custom_social_icon($icons) {
$icons[‘slack_icon’] = ‘slack-icon’;
return $icons;
}
add_filter(‘avf_social_icons_options’,’avia_add_custom_social_icon’, 10, 1);Pelase advise.
Thank you!
Thanks Ismael, I doublechecked the permissions and found the culprit!
Update: Checked file permissions (775) and everything seems to be correct on the back-end. I cleared cache, deactivated plugins, etc. but im still unable to view the added icons as per image in previous post.
Please advise. Thank you
I tried that however it still appears wrong when adding the new icon to a page:
I’m checking file permissions on the FTP side as well but any help on this is appreciated.
Thanks
I did the above steps and still unable to select the additional icons.
Please see below credentials..
my apologies for any confusionPlease see below for updated account pw and role…please disregard previous post
Please see image link below…Account is already admin access
Thank you.
Please see belowMy iconfont manager screenshot with Fontello Font:
I am having this same issue however it does not appear to be a plug-in conflict. I tried deactivating each plug-in.
Please advise since I am also unable to see any of the icons downloaded on the website below, all I see is a square where the icon should be similar to gerardbao’s:

October 5, 2016 at 6:44 pm in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider Slideshow Background Image non Responsive #695703I understand about uploading images, I am having issues with how the image is not responsive.
There are 2 images in 1 Fullwidth Easy Slider Slide:
– one image is the Full Width Easy Slider Image
– the other image is the Slideshow Background ImageThe Full Width Easy Slider Slideshow Background Image is not responsive in mobile view.
Please see image link below how the background image is aligned but not in responsive mode. So the image is cropped and uploaded correctly but not shrinking in responsive mobile mode.
Thanks!

September 21, 2016 at 2:09 am in reply to: Slider height adjustment for mobile view NOT on home page #689585Thank you Ismael, unfortunately that code I have for the second slider (labeled below ‘Cohort I….’) is overriding the landing home page’s CSS (labeled ‘Home…’)
/******************
Home page-title, caption, and slider size when minimized
****************/
@media only screen and (max-width: 425px) {
.avia-slideshow-inner, .avia-slideshow-inner img {

}
}@media only screen and (max-width: 886px) {
.avia-caption-content {
font-size: 11px !important;
}.responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 {
font-size: 17px !important;
}
}/******************
Cohort I page-title, caption, and slider size when minimized

@media only screen and (max-width: 886px) {
.page-id-861 .avia-caption-content {
font-size: 11px !important;

font-size: 17px !important;
}
}@media only screen and (max-width: 425px) {
.page-id-861 .avia-slideshow-inner, .avia-slideshow-inner img {
height: 100px !important;
}
}e is overriding the Landing home page’s css for the slider. This is what I have however the second code forSeptember 16, 2016 at 4:19 pm in reply to: Slider height adjustment for mobile view NOT on home page #687594Sure..again im just trying to make the same mobile view adjustments that I have on the home page slider but on another page on the site (with a few tweaks in size px) so I thought it was a matter of adding the code- .page-id-861 somewhere in the same CSS code that worked for the home page slider.on mobile view.
Please see below the 2 paqes in question.Thank you!!
Worked like a charm!!!
Thank you so much, you guys rock =)
Josue, that php update worked great!! Thank you so much!
The animation and images are still not working on the site after I did the above but I’ll open that as a new ticket.
Thanks again =)
Thank you so much for looking into this. I updated the credentials and screenshots above and added the credentials below.
I tried updating the file permissions for the dynamic_avia folder and css within it however after trying to activate the child theme, the site needed to be reverted back to how it appeared yesterday and now the animation and some images are not showing. I saw a few threads had this issue (#619205, #617022) due to the last WP update in April however I tried hard refresh and what those threads mentioned but that didnt work.
So now the main issue is still:
1- header and footer not displaying correctly even after adjusting the the dynamic_avia file permissions
and
2-the animation and images are now not working on the site.Thanks again for all your help with this major issue.
Thank you Josue for looking into this. Unfortunately I had tried to change the reading settings for the dynamic_avia folder before since one of the thread posts mentioned that but without success. I attached a screenshot of the settings below although I tried a few including 777 which selects all. Please let me know what else you recommend = /
Thank you
Please see how the settings are setup but how the page looks below.
Thank you
July 19, 2016 at 8:16 pm in reply to: Minimizing Widget- Sidebar Pages in mobile responsive view #662701Thank you Ismael, I was reviewing the post example and response but that would mean that I would have to update each column where the sidebar pages widget resides, correct? We have 260+ pages on our site, is there any other way to have all sidebar pages widget appear at the bottom in mobile view? Or perhaps more ideally, if this sidebar pages widget could be minimized since the widget is referencing an actual enfold menu?
Any other options or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
