Hi Rikard, no I have not overwritten the header.php files of the child theme with those of the parent theme, I have just uploaded the child theme again overwriting the same child theme to see if that solved the problem.
I ask, do you want me to overwrite the header.php from the parent enfold to the child enfold?
Hi Rikard, thank you very much for your reply. I have already updated the base theme enfold to its latest version and I have also re-uploaded the child theme downloaded from this website kriesi.at, and the problem still exists. What I do see is that in the child theme folder there are only header files, there is no footer.php.
I will send you the access to wordpress and the server to see if you can help me with this error, it is a bit urgent, I would appreciate your prompt help.
