Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your reply – it looks like our previous test page had the default template, so we tried implementing the updated slider (that Rev Slider support had helped us with) and all is well there. So glad you noticed that – I think that’s our fix!
Appreciate the help,
ChristianaThanks so much for updating that! It looks like our footer is also displaying the wrong information (maybe theme defaults), some fonts are still off and the name of the child theme in the WP admin (left menu) has reverted to Enfold Child (was The Eden)? That last bit is less important obviously but just wondering if they’re all related.
Here are a few more screenshots what’s different from the previous version we had saved:
The original site looked like this for comparison:
(Please don’t mind the discoloration, I have one of those “screen darkening” apps that for some reason also affects my screenshots)
Thanks again for your help!
Hi Victoria,
Yes the sliders do look fine now; the issue we are seeing now is with site formatting – CSS and menu items are out of whack. Would there have been settings for these things that didn’t export/import when we reinstalled the child theme?
Here’s an example of what the site looked like previously:
https://web.archive.org/web/20190117192558/https://edenapartmentsqueenanne.com/I attached a screenshot that highlights one of the places with the incorrect font and the menu items that were added.
If there’s somewhere I can recover those settings I will go find them in an old version of the site and apply to the live one – any advice on where to look?
Thanks for your help!
Hi Victoria,
Hmm, I had only reinstalled the parent theme. I just tried reinstalling the child theme as well (then imported theme settings that I exported just prior) and although it does look like the sliders are back, the overall formatting is out of whack. Is there anything you can see on your end as to why that part would happen?
Thanks for your help!
November 4, 2019 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Formatting Issues After Manual Reinstall of Enfold+Child #1153765Hi Rikard,
The issue is just that most sections are not full width on the site where we’ve updated the theme:
http://hriver.flywheelsites.com/On the live version, which for some reason is not displaying all content for me at all right now (I should probably expedite fixing/launching this staging version with the updated PHP and theme), everything is full width:
Any idea how to get ALL sections to be “stretched layout”?
Thanks,

Sorry for the delay here – just tried disabling all plugins and now I see some elements at full width but not others:
http://hriver.flywheelsites.com/If you’d like, you can feel free to adjust things in WP using the credentials provided – this is not our live site but just a staging version of the “real” one that we haven’t pointed our DNS to yet.
Thanks for your help!
