    Hi guys,

    We’ve been waiting for the support to review our request and help resolve this issue. It’s been a day with no update. Quite unlike the experience we’ve had with our tickets in the past.

    Hi there,

    I have a similar issue. Here’s how we’re set-up:

    1. Created a child theme for the website https://pansolsdev.eadev.co
    2. Added an image element and added the YouTube video in the ‘Link Settings’ tab
    3. I’ve tried ALL 3 variations – embed link, shortlink and the entire video link
    4. Tried adding a video element and added the youtube video URL
    5. Added the iframe variable to the video URL

    No matter what I do, the video won’t open in lightbox BUT go to YouTube. I’ve been through several posts but nothing that has been suggested works. Am I missing anything?

    Looks like I got too excited seeing a response and jumped straight to a reaction. So, here’s what I did try immediately after replying:

    1. Updated the child functions.php
    2. Changed the right sidebar to the ‘Default Sidebar’

    The filters disappeared from the top but don’t appear in the right sidebar.

    I’ve also tried moving the query over to the parent theme but the outcome is still the same – the filters disappear from the top but do not appear on the sidebar.

    Pardon my ignorance if I’m missing the obvious in the steps.

    Hey Nikko,

    Thanks for the inputs. A couple of questions:

    1. I’ve got a child theme – so should this go into the Function.php of the child theme or the parent?
    2. If I’m understanding this correctly, I’ll need to also define the placement with the add_action bit?

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks for pointing me to the Ajax portfolio! I’ll definitely give it a look. Although, we’ve used the construction demo as the base. Do you think this would work on the demo?
