Hey all,
it’s working now.

It seems to be a server problem of my hosting provider (OVH); they also couldn’t help me with the cURL-problem.
That’s why I did the following workaround: I made a clean install of WordPress on localhost, imported Enfold and its demo there. Afterwards, I made use of this plugin (All-in-One WP Migration) to transfer it to my desired domain. This worked just perfectly!

Hey Rikard,

have you already taken a closer look? Sorry to bother you, but I really need to start working on my website now.
As I took a look around this forum, I saw that there are a lot of people experiencing this exact issue. How did they fix it?

Hi Justin,
I am glad that it now works for you.
Unfortunately, I still have this issue. I already upgraded my PHP version to 8.1, that did not help.

I have exactly the same problem, I always get the cURL error when trying to import an enfold demo.
