Hello Victoria,

I put the new_two_third new_one_third in the Avia builder’s add class feature on the 1/3rd and 2/3rd columns.

That was among the first things I tried. I probably should have mentioned that. I have actually tried from multiple browsers on multiple machines.

If none of the suggestions in the document Rikard posted remedy the situation for you I have found that if you downgrade WordPress to 4.5.4 rather from 4.6.1 Enfold and the Avia/Advanced Layout Editor works again. I don’t think Enfold 3.8 and WordPress 4.6.1 play nicely yet. For instructions on how to backup and downgrade: http://dominiquej.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress-to-previous-version/
