I’ve two website in the same situation: no social Icons in the secondary maany, but there are links.
Please, help me to solve for the first websiste and then we will act on the second one.

I’v tried to copy the code you mention in the CSS rapid, but nothing happen.
I will manage manually social media as it seems to difficult reach a solution with Enfold.

Please I have a similar problem with Social Media Icons.
On the right of the secondary menu I get the links (twitter, Linkedin and Facebook), but they don’t appear to the users.
Please look at http://www.tenstep.it or http://www.pmtsi.com as are now.
It worked fine before installing last release of Enfold.Maybe I’ve lost some definition.
Please can you suggest ho to show those icons, as before.

Now I’ve understood why I was not able to see AVIA.
I’ve installed on two website, included my footer, and it seems all perfect.

I’ve solved, understanding that I need export Enfold parameters,before renaming Enfold folder.
Then I need import them in the new version.
I need also add customizations to Header and Footer.
I will do the migration in two weeks. Now I’m too busy.

My concerns are two:
1) downloading from Forest Enfold I got this zipped file: themeforest-4jP5La7h-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip- I’m not sure it is the last one 4.6.3.1. How to verify, please?
2) if I rename the current Theme and upload the new one , I’m afraid that I lose all Enfold parameters (colors, logo, layout). How can I save and at least copy in the new version?
2) I know that I need redefine Header an Footer, as I lose customizations.

I’ll solve this issue, whit care as you suggest.
1) I’ll download the new theme form Forest. What I see is that the current release is 4.5.7. Is a correct one, please? I need migrate ffrom 4.2.6
2) if it is the correct one I will charge trough FTP on my WP theme, after remaning the current ENFOLD theme. Please, I remember that I upload directly the zip file and then I open to let extract? Or how it works please?
3)If it works fine I can delete the old Enfold file.

It is very simple.
When yu access the wordpress and try to create a new page or article, you don’t see the button “Editor Avanzato di Layout” as I see in another website tenstep.it.
So, it seems a different parameter of INFOLD, but I’m nt able to understand wich one.

I’m waiting the OSS provider for the updating to the Plugin. Now the website is partially functioning.
Users cannot access all page protected.
Please, as I’ve a second website (www.tenstep.it), may I upgrade the ENFOLD without problems?

My provider confirmed that PHP level was upgraded to 7.1.15 level.
I’ve asked the plugin supplyer of OSSprotect to align it with this level.
Please, as when I upgrade ENFOLD I need upgrade my FOOTER.PHP ( and HEADER.PHP also, but it it less important), may I substitute the FOOTER.HPH with the old one, or I need start from the one of 4.2.6?
I’m afraid to change it, but I need add my data in the footer as I add in the private area.

that plugin is very important, as it is a plugin used to protect folders, and manage login and signup.
It is the core of this website.
I need reactivate soon. But, let me know what is not comppliant, as before it worked fine?

I’ve asked the provider to upgrade PHP to version 7.x. Is it still necessary?
and the web site will stay up?
I’ve a second website: http://www.tenstep.it to be updated. Ho can I avoid this inconvenient? Or I will not update at all.

How to solve the problem and reactivate the service.
Remember I’ve the online training stopped and i a short time I start to lose clients.
Can we install an old version of Enfold? or what?I’ve substituted the file header.php but it doesn’t work well.
It lose formatting so it is impracticable.
I need ask upgrade of PHP, but are you sure it works?
