I have updated and upgrade to version of 6.0.2, however the pop video is still not working. It opens again to a window when I want it to open and play in the same window with iframe code. Is there an underlying issue that needs to be fixed? thank youHello, I download the latest theme version. Do I need to upload it directly to WP or do I need to add it differently than that?

Hi there, I am still having the same issue with button not opening and staying as an iframe on the same window page. It opens the link to a new window page. I tested it different browsers and Incognito windows and it does not work. Not sure how to fix the issue on this. I am not sure how it is working on your end, when it doesn’t work on my end. Can you show me how it is viewing on your end? Is there another way to fix this issue?

What I had as with the iframe added to the end of the URL, it first pop ups then it redirects you to the another window. I need it to stay on the same page as pop up. How can I make it work again?, it was working find a couple of months ago.Hi there, I am having issues with a pop up that doesn’t keep the display video on the same window. It pop ups then it opens a new window with the link. Has there been any issue with Enfold updates with using pop ups? All my video on the website are being effected by this.
I was hoping that the videos would play with sound right there in the “preview image”, but this will work too.
I just added the Classic Widgets plugin and that seems to fix the issue. I’m able to see the add Custom Widget Area now.
I thought that was the case, but I don’t see the “Custom Widget Area” to add a new widget area. I am under Appearance > Widgets and all I can see are the current existing widget areas.
I had a few issues when I updated theme versions last, but I thought the issues were fixed. Thank you for taking a look.
I copied the site over to a staging environment so we could test. And disabled the compression settings for now.I’ve followed your instructions to a T, but the images still aren’t changing when I click on each of the accordion titles. Can you take a look to see if I’m missing something?
Well that’s strange, it seems to be working fine now. I wonder if it had anything to do with that widespread internet outages yesterday. Anywho, thank you for following up.
The file path is enfold-child > config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > portfolio > portfolio.php
I just duplicated the same file path as in the main theme folders.
That worked! Thank you! Also, just wanted to note for anyone else, when I updated the portfolio.php in the child theme, it still didn’t work. But when I updated in the main theme folders, it worked perfectly.
