Hello Nikko,
your solution works almost perfect. On the computer, we can zoom by hovering and open the lightbox by clicking.
However, on the smartphone, the user now has to click on the upper bar to open the lightbox and clicking on the image just results in zooming.
This seems not intuitive. Can you help us with that please? Thanks in advance!
Hello,
this resolved our issue.
Thanks a lot!Thank you, that did it!
Hello Yigit,
I tried your solutions, but they do not work. I am not facing this problem on a tablet, but on my smartphone (iPhone SE, size of iphone 5).
How will you tackle this issue? Thanks again for your assistance.
Thank you, this did the trick!
Regards
Thanks again, everything works out now!
Hello,
thanks for your quick reply. I tried to reproduce the error before approaching you, but the error just seems to occure very random. I know this is never the case, but it seemed very hard for me to pin down to a specific reason. We think we observed that when you move the mouse outside of the lightbox after clicking the arrow to switch image it appears more often. But that is really just a guess.
We also figured out by now, that it only seems to happen on a mac (or maybe it’s safari specific?).Sorry for confusion, but I can’t help any better. Maybe we can try to record it so you can at least see for yourself.
Thanks!Hello Vinay,
thanks for the quick reply and fix! It looks a lot better now and the boxes have the same overall height. It doesnt look messy and unsorted anymore, thanks again! One last thing is that now, the price appears in a higher position, if the heading is one- and not two lines. Is it possible to “glue” it to the bottom of the “.inner_product_header_table”? That would totally make your solution the best.
Thanks in advance and have a nice weekend!
Sure, just take a look at the private content, as I will attach the link there.
Thanks in advance!
