Hi,
No, we do not use a caching plugin.
I still receive these warning notifications from WordPress once per week. I have checked the site over and nothing appears broken, but it’s still flagging ‘fatal errors’.
Thanks.I tried renaming the plugin folder twice before and it didn’t resolve the issue but it appears to be working fine now. I will troubleshoot the plugins installed and see if I can work out what it conflicting.
Thank you for your help with this issue.
Running macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and I’ve tried the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
Your colleague Rikard had the same issue as I, can he not look into this? It’s tiresome explaining the same details over and over – the browsers I have tried are already listed in the above notes.
I’ve tried clearing down the caches and cookies, I’ve tried installed new browsers, I’ve tried disabling the plugins, I’ve tried updating the theme to the latest release.
Hi Rikard,
Yes, I have tried renaming the plugins folder and the individual plugin folders via FTP to disable them – I still get the error. Please feel free to try this yourself with the connection details supplied.
What does that error message mean/refer to? Is there an error in the theme searchform.php file?
I really need to get this resolved ASAP please.
Thanks.Hi,
I cleared down everything on a third browser (Firefox) and tried it again, same error.
I then downloaded a copy of Opera, so there can’t be anything in that cache/profile, connected up the free VPN connection to route the traffic through another country and then tried it again, same error.
– See linked screenshots.
I really don’t see how it can be a cache issue with a brand new browser installation via a VPN connection.
Thanks.Hi,
I have cleared down the entire history from my Chrome browser inc. cache, cookies, content settings, app data, etc.
Just tried a hard refresh on the login page and still getting the same error – see linked screenshot.
Also tried this on Safari with same result.Details provided as requested,
Thank you!
I managed to fix this issue on my install. It required my PHP version upgrading on my web hosting.
Changed it from 5.3 to 5.6 and the theme update worked perfectly.I managed to fix this issue on my install. It required my PHP version upgrading on my web hosting.
