I’m on an iPhone. I’m must not have given a good link. It only appears to be happening on single event listings like this one: https://aemtek.com/events/sqf-food-safety-code-manufacturers/
I’m hoping these links to screenshot images will work? I don’t really want to sign up for another service I don’t need just to share a screenshot if that’s okay. if this doesn’t work, please let me know. I’d really like to see how we can please get this fixed.
Thanks!

Hi – so I did link to the page in my first post. It’s http://manifestingbaby.com/home/. The button in the menu is fine, but all the other buttons are not. The Contact Me link at the bottom of that page is displaying as just a link and the other buttons throughout the site are no longer adhering to the CSS rules they were before I updated to 4.2.6. I am using large or extra large buttons, but they are displaying with no padding, very small, etc. I’ve tried explaining this multiple times so I’m wondering if you can’t see any issue with the buttons? How do I send you a screenshot?
Thanks!
Thank you, but I am still having issues with the buttons and the video. The CSS for buttons is being ignored since I upgraded to 4.2.6, and the video on the home page doesn’t load. Please help. Thanks!
Bigger Version? I have 4.2.6 installed – I checked just now, and there isn’t a newer version. What do you mean? Just in case, I just uploaded the version 4.2.6 from my Themeforest account, which I downloaded 30 minutes ago. Also, my system is telling me I have 4.2.6 installed. I’m confused and still need help with the issues I mentioned.
Perfect – thank you so much! :)
Thank you so much! Info you need is below in Private. :)

Wonderful – thank you so much! :)

April 14, 2017 at 12:28 am in reply to: Alternate content background on bottom of single product page #777592Yes, but I can’t target a specific page id as it’s happening on the single products, right?
Yes, both for the widget in the footer, and for the main blog page, if Uncategorized is one of the categories selected to show, it ignores the number of posts I’ve selected for it to show. In the footer, I have it set to display 3, and when Uncategorized is one of the categories, it only displays one. On the main blog page, I have it set to show 6, but with Uncategorized as one of the categories selected, it shows 4. This problem only happens when all categories are selected t display.
Ideally, no, I’d like to be able to select that category, but I couldn’t get it work otherwise.
Hi – sorry for the delay in my response. I wanted to update in case someone else has this issue. I can get it to work if I select the categories I want, and make sure NOT to select “Uncategorized”. For some reason, selecting Uncategorized breaks things.
Thanks for your help!
Wonderful – thank you so much!
Thank you – no idea what happened, but they’re magically back now. :)
Thank you – that’s working! :)
I’m sorry, but it’s not working. The custom icon I have for the regular header is still showing when you scroll and the sticky header becomes active. :(
Hmm – nothing is happening. I don’t need a hover icon, so I also tried the code without the “hover” and still nothing.
When you scroll and the sticky header activates, the white social icons turn to blue so you can see them against the white background of the sticky header. My custom icon is not doing this. I have a blue version of the custom icon loaded if needed. It is not the hover I’m having trouble with, it is the icon itself being white against the white background of the sticky header, so you can’t see it until you hover over that space. How can I get my custom icon to appear as blue like the other social icons on the sticky header?
Sorry – that is not what I meant. When you pull up the site, the social links in the top right are as they should be – the hover color is correct. What I mean is when you start to scroll down and the sticky header takes effect – when that happens, the other social icons are blue (before any hovering), but the custom one I added is still white. When you hover the custom one, the background color is still correct, it’s before any hovering takes place – it’s white, so it blends in with the sticky header background which is also white. Does that make sense?
OMG – please disregard my last message. I just realized the API in there is still yours. Just need the referrer syntax you’re using please. Nothing I’m doing on 3 sites is working, and all 3 used to work just fine.
Thanks!
Actually, it’s working now. It appears that putting a different API in there and then putting mine back reset it somehow?
Can you please give me the syntax you’re using with your API? I just tried it with a brand new site, and Enfold gives me an error and tells me the exact syntax to use for the API – I am using that and it still doesn’t work.
Thanks!
I’ve now done all this, and still no luck. Yes, you have my permission to disable plugins to see if you can figure out what’s going on.
Thanks!
I think I got it working. I added
.container { padding: 0; }
to Quick CSS.
Thanks!
Hmmm – that did not have the desired effect. That brings the text in the content area further out to the sides. What I need, as per the image here (http://staging.aspeninsuranceagency.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screenshot-Aspen-Insurance-Dev-Site.png), is to remove, or make transparent, the areas in the red boxes on the sides of the content area, so that the content area basically stops on the sides where the menu and header image at the top to. OR – alternatively, how would I stretch the header image and logo so they go to the edges of the content area and match the width of the menu?
Thanks!
Thanks! That gives me another weird layout issue, though. Along the left and right sides, I want the content area to line up with the header image, and I can’t find where to remove the left and right padding to get the desired effect. I’ve attached a screenshot that hopefully helps explain what I’m after. Basically, remove the areas in the red boxes/make them transparent so the background shows through, shrinking the content area and menu to the width of the header image.
Thanks!
PS – I couldn’t figure out how to attach an image to this message, so here’s a link to it: http://staging.aspeninsuranceagency.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screenshot-Aspen-Insurance-Dev-Site.png
Thank you! :)
I’m able to log in with these, so I’ll just put them in here again? I just logged in with no problem.
Thanks!
Thank you, but that is not working for me, and the thread says to create a new issue, so I’ve done that. I have the API created and set and still nothing. When I log in and enter the address, click on Fetch Coordinates – nothing happens. Any other ideas?
Thanks!
