Ok see details in private section.
ThanksNo that’s all good now – many thanks
Thanks Rikard – I received the test email – I was more really just asking if the handling was ok – the submit button seemed to become partially invisible when the recaptcha was added… but all working otherwise. many thanks for your help.
Hi Rikard
Thanks for that tip – not sure why that php file was in the shortcodes section?
I have removed it (contact.php) from the Enfold child theme and the reCaptcah is now showing. Yah!
I have tested it and am not sure if the submit button should still appear or not.
I think it is fine but if you don’t mind sending a message via the contact form, that would be really helpful – just to confirm that all is in order now.
Many thanks again and good weekend.
FionaWondering if you have had a chance to look at things since I provided the FTP access? Don’t want to leave that door open too long…Thanks
I think that should work now – I have backed up the website on SiteGround as suggested.
ThanksApologies, now given you the correct access.
ThanksDetails attached thanks….

April 15, 2019 at 10:17 am in reply to: URGENT Ismael You have inadvertently messed up my news page with the changes #1090902Nobody else has access to the website and the news page had changed???
It won’t have changed itself ….sorry, but perhaps it was when your colleagues were working on it?
Really strange and took me hours to resolve.April 13, 2019 at 5:07 pm in reply to: URGENT Ismael You have inadvertently messed up my news page with the changes #1090398I have removed reference to a Blog page from the Enfold Child Theme options and I am now seeing the page that I had before.
I also spent a few hours changing the settings and going back to an old version of the website.
I now have the page back that I wanted but not sure all the settings were as before.
Can you please give me a list of changes that you implemented when accessing my website.
I have now blocked access to the support team as I don’t want you guys messing things up again….sorry, harsh but unfortunately true.
I look forward to hearing from you on Monday.
ThanksApril 13, 2019 at 12:10 pm in reply to: URGENT Ismael You have inadvertently messed up my news page with the changes #1090341Also getting this warning coming up – see private content…..
This is a complete nightmare….again I request URGENT HELP.
April 13, 2019 at 11:50 am in reply to: URGENT Ismael You have inadvertently messed up my news page with the changes #1090337On the news landing page (https://tapintoit.org.uk/news/) I had the lead article in the middle with taster text…. NO left navigation or all that other rubbish on the page and all other articles were below with snippets of text….
The only other links were the main navigation, top navigation and the footer element…I have no idea how to fix this and am really annoyed that you have done this .
I gave access to the website in good faith asking how to resolve an issue on 1 post and you have messed up the whole section….why did you not take a screenshot of the news page and the post pages before you started working on them and ensure that they matched when you thought you had resolved things?
Sorry, but I am really annoyed especially when this is going to be sitting like this for the whole weekend.
April 12, 2019 at 3:13 pm in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1090071Ok Ismael – many thanks for your help.
Happy for you to close this post now.
Thanks again.
April 11, 2019 at 8:06 pm in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1089703Ok thanks Ismael that is more along thee lines of what I wanted thank you.
But how do I know the image ids? where are they taken from as not sure the correct images are referenced here…
Many thanks
April 5, 2019 at 12:23 pm in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1087450I would like it to look like it does – ie this is the page that I have created – https://tapintoit.org.uk/lord-provost-of-edinburgh/
BUT I would also like to add more images in a gallery element below the text, at the bottom of the article, before the “share this entry” stuff….which needs to stay too…
The gallery needs to be centred like the page text currently is (with white space on either side of the margins) and not push the text out to the full width of the page like it did in the version that support created. I also want to retain the image that is at the top of the page so that it is included in the teaser, before the person clicks on the full article.
The page as is with a centred gallery element at the bottom below the text and before the share this entry stuff….would make me very happy….
I can’t upload an image of what I want because I can’t create it the way I want it…..
Thanks
April 3, 2019 at 2:16 pm in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1086534Unless, I hear back from you this afternoon Uk time 5pm, I will close off access to our website.
I will assume that you have no idea how to present what I have asked for in simple, plain English…
If you cannot help me, is there another support group that I can turn to or is this the support that is included in the price of the software templates?
Thanks
April 1, 2019 at 2:54 pm in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1085538Thanks but it’s not in a consistent format ….
I wanted the same layout as all other posts but a gallery included at the footer…
So the draft post that you have created is styled in a different way and doesn’t conform to the design that we have chosen.
All I want to do is add a gallery element in the style that I have chosen so that the post looks the same as the others but with the added images at the bottom….
Can’t really make it any clearer than that I don’t think….
Thanks
March 30, 2019 at 12:24 pm in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1084845Yes, why not copy it and unpublished the version that you are working on so that it doesn’t affect the live site?
Thanks

A mentioned it was quite urgent ….
ThanksMarch 26, 2019 at 11:00 am in reply to: Stylesheet of blog page breaks when add Gallery via advanced editor…. #1083041Ok done.
Re: stylesheet broken…..I mean that when you use the advanced layout with the blog post design as chosen it then breaks the design….aesthetically it doesn’t look the same. I would like to use the Gallery element available from the advanced layout but it mucks up the snippet on the news page and the layout on the actual page is compromised too…
I have removed all ref to these additional images and reverted to the image at the top and the text in the post at the mo but if you try adding the gallery at the bottom via the advanced layout you will see what I mean….
Hope that makes sense – all access details in the private content link below.
Thanks
Fantastic – understand now….got it working again.
Thank you v much Ismael. This issue can be closed now thanks.
Hi Ismael
I implemented it on the Enfold theme > > via shortcode> logoslider.php which was obviously overwritten with the update.
I copied it to the child theme but it didn’t work…
None of the files seem to work with the child theme really so I must not have set it up properly….obviously, the quick css changes do work but otherwise if I replicate the folders from the main theme to the child theme – they don’t work…..
ThanksSorry, we are about to soft launch the website so that post has been removed and re-scheduled to launch in March….
Sorry, it was live for about 4 or 5 days but I had to remove it…I’ll let you know when it is live and you can perhaps take a look then. Thanks
