Hi Jordan,
Thanks for your reply.
Do you have any suggestions for a fix? One of the reasons I changed to parallax was because the background images were not showing on mobile.Many thanks,
gThanks Rikard. Have put info in private content.

This is looking a lot better – can we just adjust the alignment on the left? The thumbnails should be left aligned with the wording above.
Thanks!
Thanks, but not quite right yet.
The spacing should be EXACTLY like the Artists page – four column grid with same spacing inbetween. I’ve tried adjusting the percentages in your code above but can’t get it to work.
Also when I view on mobile, I am not seeing 1 column but rather 2 columns reduced in size. Again the mobile view needs to be exactly like the Artists page.
Thanks for your help Nikko :)
Hi all,

Yeh, we have tried it in there. It’s not syncing with the site title tab.
That worked perfectly. Thanks Mike!
Hi Mike,
thanks for your fast reply!
I should have been more specific sorry. I am wanting to change the colour of the text of the two separate menu levels.Here’s an example: https://imgur.com/a/s5v5B9m
I would like all the menu Parent items (in orange) in one colour, and then the lower level pages in the menu (green) in another.Thanks!
Hi, I am meaning the site tab within the web browser. Is it called a site Identity tab?
Info below.
For the problem, I want to change the Product Titles to H4 from H2.
Hi Ismael,
thanks for this. I tried this out and not sure it was the right code for what I am after.I am trying to get rid of the space between the product groups that have separate product groups as they need to be in a certain order on the website for the client.
http://www.coolfood.co.nz/catering/afternoons/
For example the sandwiches and wraps above. I have made separate product galleries (using different category tags) for wraps and sandwiches but would like them to be closer together because they are under a title together.
Cheers,
Gemma- This reply was modified 6 years, 4 months ago by tankerhq.
Hi there,
That worked on my individual products page. However, I’d love to be able to remove the borders of products that are displayed on my home page?
Any quick css for that?Cheers
RoseCool, Not sure which one to edit in the enfold panel that will change the font used by Woocommerce.
Cheers!

September 8, 2017 at 2:01 am in reply to: Incompatibility with Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin #849354Hi Basilis,
Yeah I contacted Woocommerce first it’s one of theirs. Since the issue only arises with Enfold and not other default themes, they won’t do anything about it.
Cheers,
JessieHey Ismael,
The problem is a little too complex for me to understand, but the plugin author said the conflict was related to the product grid creating a preview of the page in the backend – instead of just showing in the front end.
Woocommerce directs support for this plugin to it’s author http://jeroensormani.com/ who is amazingly helpful and spent a great deal of time making mods to his plugin until the issue was solved. He’s going to put these mods in the next release.Cheers,
JessieHi Ismael,
I’ve had the issue fixed. The plugin dev kindly sent me a new version of the plugin with some mods, despite not being able to replicate the issue, he made an educated guess and it’s now fixed it.Thanks for your help.
JessieHey Basilis,
I know you’re all super busy and this isn’t a priority, and you always give great support where possible, do you think I should just give up on being able to use this plugin?
Unless I can get it to work with the product grid element I’ll have to find another solution and am currently stalled on this as the plugin dev needs more info from you before they can fix it at their end.Cheers,
JessieHi Mike,
Thanks for that info, I might just hang on until the next update then, the site’s functioning fine at the moment.Yes I’m using Chrome on Mac.
Cheers,
Jessie @ TankerHi Ismael,
Yeah we’ve talked to them about it and it’s being sorted, in the mean time you can click on Advanced and then Proceed to 119.47.112.122Cheers,
JessieSeptember 4, 2017 at 11:23 pm in reply to: Incompatibility with Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin #847930Hey Mike,
Thanks for your reply.Screenshots as follows:
Discount set up by category in the plugin – http://imgur.com/a/cTfTD
No sale prices displaying in the shop catalogue – https://imgur.com/a/H9PaE
No sale price showing on the single product page – https://imgur.com/a/Hh8qR
Item added to the cart, sale price now appears – https://imgur.com/a/jS9Ay
Switched to the Woocomerce ‘Storefront’ theme, discounted prices show in the shop catalogue pages – https://imgur.com/a/DKIuwSince I can’t leave the sale on, I’ve made a test product which has a discount that you can see once you add it to your cart.
I tried turning off all plugins etc, couldn’t find a conflict, only thing that worked was switching theme.
Cheers,
Jessie @ TankerGreat that fixes my first problem, thanks.
How about the other 2 issues?
2. I’m using this code to hide some menu items on desktop and some on mobile, but now all the menu items are showing in the mobile menu.
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) {
.hide-on-mobile { display: none !important; }}
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
.hide-on-desktop { display: none !important; }}3. I had this code snippet to increase the font size in the mobile menu, this is no longer having an effect.
#mobile-advanced, #mobile-advanced a, #mobile-advanced .mega_menu_title {
font-size: 30px!important;
}Also, the font weight of my main menu and heading has changed. All headings are set to light in Advanced Styling but are showing medium or bold, but only in Chrome. And the main menu used to be light but now is bold on all browsers, tried this code to fix but it didn’t have any effect: .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { font-weight: 200!important;}
Cheers,
JessieEep, unfortunately that code just brings up a “HTTP ERROR 500” page until it’s removed.
Hi Victoria,
Sweet, I’m happy to start over – I don’t have the header template copied to my child theme, do I need to do so or will the adjustments all be css?Cheers,
JessieHi Ismael,
We tried the memory limit increase but it didn’t help.
FTP credentials posted below if you want to have a look.
Cheers,
JessieHi Ismael,
The issue with that is that my client doesn’t want ALL out of stock items hidden from the website. Items which will be coming back in stock are left visible (with an out of stock badge), and out of stock items that aren’t coming back soon are hidden.
I’ll advise my client that if she wants them hidden they’re better to be turned to draft instead.
Cheers,
Great, thanks, made a new password made for you:
